We booked cabins and RV sites for our family. The convenience of each family having their own washroom, kitchen and sleeping accommodation was great.
We enjoyed the well kept lawn space and cooled off at the river beach.
Our hosts were fabulous and very attentive to any requests we had.
Acacia, was the perfect location for us.
The cabins are in need of new mattresses for a better sleep experience and the air conditioning units could be updated to provide more consistent cooling. Overall we had fun and enjoyed our family weekend immensely.

We did an overnight at this park on our way north to visit family. The family running the place was great. We needed basic facilities as we did not have an RV, and the proprietor set up our campsite for us, we were able to have a campfire. The bathrooms and showers were very clean and the park was clean. It is situated along the Thompson, and there's 2 railroad tracks across the way, but the trains seemed to stop at around 11 pm and we did not hear any again until around 5 am. They weren't too loud anyway when they did run. The proprietor has a little canteen onsite where you can get ice and treats and drinks. Its a large park and there seemed to be enough space to spread out so you weren't really close to any other campers. We would recommend this park for its cleanliness, affordability and the helpfulness of the staff.

We have been camping at Acacia Grove RV Park since 2009. There are new owners, "The Dhillon Family", they are putting new life into the Park. Hanging baskets all over, planters around, a beautiful information sign greets you at the entrance with pictures and names about the flora and wildlife in the area. They have a small convenience store with great choices of items. It is so enjoyable watching the eagles in the trees by the river, the occasional mountain sheep visit and the odd bear drops in. There are trains on either side of the river, which is interesting to watch and count how many cars. It is only 3 hours from the the lower Fraser Valley, has warm temperatures and many shade trees. We wish the former owners, Roy & Sarah, Happy Retirement! Ted & Linda

The cabin was dirty and run down. Mold in the fridge, minimal dishes/cookware, no kettle. No microwave. Even the dish-rack was dirty. Used dish cloth at the sink. Shower was dirty, bathroom door did not close and faucets dripped non stop. Broken bed, no pillow covers. Nice location camping might be better.

Hello James, First of, by the way you are describing the cabin, we would never allow anybody to stay in it if it was like how you said it was. If there were any issues, please let the staff know ASAP. We have no broken beds in our cabin, everything is cleaned and sanitized before a camper checks in and right after a camper checks out. For future reference, don't hesitate to tell the staff about the issues.

From the moment I rode in, I knew I had made the right choice. Amarjit was a great host, and I could have talked motorcycles with him for hours. The place is great! I stayed in one of the cabins and it was perfect. Clean and tidy and you can’t beat the price. I booked it on extremely short notice, and the entire experience was exceptional. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

I was staying in Lytton photographing trains. Spences Bridge seemed a better place to get good shots. I stayed at Acacia for the last day of my trip. I returned 2 weeks later and stayed 4 nights. The staff made me feel at home and the location was gorgeous. View out the back of my cabin!

Campground is safe but very run down. Old tires and debris are everywhere. Sites are very cramped. Scenery is beautiful. This could be a stellar stop with some love and maintenance. Sadly that isn’t happening right now.
