In the suburbs of Colesberg. Lovely surroundings clean and airy. Room was large, clean and tastefully furnished. Lovely modern bathroom was huge with shower and bathtub. However towels were mismatched only one bath sheet.Breakfast was good and the attention to detail in the dining room was excellent. Staff very friendly. Highly recommended

After a friend recommended this Guesthouse our family stayed at Honeylocust for a night while on a road trip from Johannesburg to Cape Town. Absolutely fantastic. Rooms were beautifully appointed, the lady on arrival was very accomodating and helpful. Cannot say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend it to other travellers.

unfortunately we were not made to feel very welcome. We arrived at 6.30 and latest arrival time is 21 hrs.It was not busy either.Bar and restaurant only open over dec /jan holidays.Suffice to say it was lovely to sit outside and relax on the verandah and have a drink before going out to dinner.

Came from Cape Town on our way back to Gauteng. Stayed at Honeylocust Guest house in Colesberg and was pleasantly surprised about this oasis. Safe environment, modern and upperclass. Only had breakfast there though, but it was of high standard. Will recommend for sure.

We stayed at Honeylocust guesthouse last night. What a lovely stop over. We walked into the town for a delightful supper. Overall it was clean, central and very comfy beds and we will return on our next trip to Cape Town.

I was so surprised to find such a gem in the deserted place of Northern Cape. It was fabulous place to stay and food was great. I ordered a lamb curry and it was just awesome and the steak my husband had was divine. A real gem as a half way stop to the garden route😊😊

We stayed in a family room which was spacious, clean and comfortable. Dinner was of a very high standard. Delicious lamb chops, apple pie and generous portion of malva pudding. Breakfast at R80 per person is adequate to start another day of travel. Definitely recommend this place and will use it again in future
