Requested for a blanket and the reception keep on asking why you need a blanket.
In the end said hotel today is full no more blanket.
Questioning customer and say I got additional people staying in the hotel and ask me to pay extra charges....More

I don't think there are connecting rooms. But you can always check with the hotel.
From my wife, there is a big room which she saw and they actually added another queen/king size bed in for the kids of another family.

Also, when u went with my family and my mother in law, the hotel actually gave use side by side rooms which are very convenient as well.
