Friendly reception. Helpful staff. Good meals. Good location for exploring Knysna and Tsitsikamma. Extraordinary location in the woods. Laborious approach the last kilometer especially when expecting oncoming traffic.

The Trogon House and Forest Spa is well located, superby forest views and very quiet and peaceful. Surrounded by nature and one feels so relaxed, even upon arrival. I had such a wonderful two day stay, including use of spa facilities. The staff provide excellent service and make you feel at home, I really enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast and dinner....

Convenient location if you are visiting Monkey Land, Tekwina, Birds and ElephantElephants. Other pluses were the great forest views and attentive staff . Food was really outstanding. Negatives were, no tissues in the room and heated blanket not working. Gorgeous venue!

This was a long awaited weekend away for my husband and I. The staff were amazing and super friendly, Lize-Mari and her team are top class! Special mention has to be made of Bruce & Rozanne (not sure of the spelling) for their attentive service. The breakfast is an experience to look forward to, as is the dinner - however,...

We were pleasantly surprised to find this gem. The nature surrounding it is exactly what the photos suggest. We had room nr 7. It's a more secluded room and has no glass view. The bath is nice and big. Awesome underfloor heating. Nice coffee. More water would be nice since their water is not drinkable. The staff is very friendly...

Luxurious unforgettable experience, beautiful lodge in the tree tops, with amazing food, people and the setting is unforgettable. So much to do in the area, but staying at the lodge all day is so relaxing as well. And you're right in the tree canopy, with huge glass walls transporting you into the forest.
