Beautiful facility. Excellently trained staff. Very efficient and attentive at the same time. Stayed in the pool suite; pretty spectacular Ngapoli Beach is a great spot. Hotel 5 minutes from the airport immigration and check-in fast so ~20 mins from plane to water!!
The journey to Hilton Ngapali from Thandwe only takes a few minutes drive - you can see the resort to the right if your flight approaches from the Bay of Bengal. Fortunately the aeroplanes than frequent the airport are too small to cause noise at the resort. Our villa had a stunning view of our pool, sun deck, sala and of course the beautiful Bay of Bengal. Our private pool was unfortunately too cold to enjoy, Even to cool off after the heat of the sun, we couldn’t be tempted. Although we had a beach view, we always had to walk back to the main pool to gain access to the beach so as not to walk too closely to our neighbours’ villas. A cocktail 2-hour was held nightly in the bar. Cocktails were discounted or complimentary if you were HH members. Crisps and nuts accompanied drinks, followed by hot d’oeuvres - all very nice indeed. My only suggestion would be to change the music in the bar. Something more chilled and ambient, rather than a pop and electro dance soundtrack. Breakfast was plentiful with enough choice for 7 days of feasting. The dinner menu always included various 'catch of the day' options. We only ate dinner twice at the Resort and both times the food was delicious An excellent stay and what was a great price - we'll definately be returning soon…
We had three wonderful days in this hotel. Everything was great: the place is beautiful, the team very friendly and highly professional... We were upgraded and had a villa with a private pool, and it was really so relaxing to sit on that terrace enjoying the ocean view. It was our first time in the Hilton as we used to stay at another resort whenever we went to Ngapali. But now it‘s clear that this is definitely our favourite place. Thank you, dear Hilton team :-)

I was there for my anniversary and they make me feel like on Honeymoon again and again... what a arrangement!!!! Beautiful!!! And my favourite place is call Shore bar that is the place chill and drinks including with sunset Amazing!!! My room has a private pool so please let me be a fish and all the staff are so friendly and kind. Also variety of breakfast make me fall in love. Definitely that’s the place I will go again... Friendly staff, Amazing pool, Sunset with cocktails and perfect accommodation!!!! What else....
