32 people at our annual club dinner, we had a great time. Location very good near to motorway. Communication and hospitality of the staff was very good, food was great value for money, facilities were good and the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. Very please overall with the venue.

Room ok and clean and quiet, Food good however let down by wait, appears to be understaffed, Starters and Mains arrived together apparently due to the Kitchen being busy so they decided to send at same time, Not sure how that works or how that should happen. No idea what Breakfast was like as after a 45 minute wait after order placed for hot food and no communication about wait after ordering had to leave as staying on business Disappointed also on check out as not asked how the stay was . Bar staff friendly Time delays and meal issues will mean no return

Dear David W, Thank you for your recent trip advisor review. I sincerely apologise for the shortcomings in food service you experienced whilst dining at the Aston Hall Hotel. We do have procedures in place to ensure starters and main courses do not go out at the same time and the long wait for your breakfast this is totally unacceptable and I will be following up as to what went wrong with our service. I can assure you that what you experienced in the bar and restaurant is not to our usual high standards, and would appreciate if you would give us the opportunity of redeeming our reputation with you and hope you would give the hotel another chance.

We got married here on the 01/12/22, Aston Hall is a beautiful venue but what makes its special is the staff a big shout out to Angela our wedding co-ordinator who made sure everything went smoothly. From the flow of the day to staff running upstairs to get my veil and shrug when I had forgotten them. I just want to say thank you from MR & MRS Unwin you made our day one in a million.

We had sandwiches for lunch from the newly launched menu and omg they were fabulous! Generous fillings and well presented The chips OMG the chips were amazing! We booked a meal for news years day lunch, it was AMAZING. I am lactose, onion and garlic intolerant so quite often my meals are bland but not this meal its the tastiest meal i have had in a long time and I cannot fault the level of service and attention to detail. Will be going again for MORE. Fantastic service well done to all staff at Aston Hall for making a us feel special instead of a pain

Lovely hotel. Very friendly helpful staff from booking over phone to checking out. Stayed in the Tempest suite in an amazing annex. Had a glass ceiling totally fab. Will return soon Stayed as part of a wedding, good food and nice selection for breakfast

We stay in the fiddle it was amazing the bedroom was cold and uncomfortable to sleep in however it was amazing experience great choice of food the breakfast was lovely and bar food was amazing too. Hotel is self? Hotel is lovely setting really clean public area and staff were polite unfortunately we went for breakfast there was 2 staff on Kyle who served us was friendly and offered us tea and coffee

Dear 171 Callumg, Thank you for your E.Mail, I sincerely apologise for the room temperature in the Fiddle bedroom (all our rooms are named after types of cutlery) we have raised the thermostat and timings these come on for future guests. We have experienced a shortage of staff due to sickness over the December period, but pleased that Kyle was friendly at breakfast. We stayed in the “fiddle” it was extremely cold, and uncomfortable to sleep in. However the rest of the hotel was loverly, we were there for a wedding, somewhere I would highly recommend if you’re planning a wedding. There are also close amenities to the hotel.

Had a really good night there. However the reason I am writing the review is because my car was damaged by another car whose owner left without giving anyone any details. It wasnt any fault of the hotel but the hotel and Kirsty was very helpful and polite and helped with trying to sort the situation out. Thank you.
