I stayed here on Saturday night with a couple of friends - we planned to climb nearby Cuilcagh Mountain. Handily located for this and the Cavan Way, the Keepers Arms can add good food and welcoming, friendly service to its attractions. The rooms were warm and cosy, clean and bright. The steak dinner was tender and delicious. All were good... More

I've been here before but never reviewed so it's time I did. The Keepers Arms is a typical Irish pub with fabulous accommodation. But more than that Shiela and Brian who own it are the most helpful and accomdating people you will ever meet. Shiela's cooking is to die for a d she doesn't skimp with portions. Brian behind the... Just stayed at the keepers arms for the weekend with my brothers to look up where our Father was from. Sheila and Bryan were very helpful and managed to put us in touch with family and we found out loads of useful info. The b&bl was very clean and comfortable, we all slept well in the comfy beds and breakfast... More

Really love coming here I have been for years. Nice quiet area with plenty to do in driving distance. Ideal for a weekend of fishing or just having a nice pint in the bar which is well furnished with pool and darts too. Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable and staff and owners are the nicest you could meet.

Stopped in the Keepers Arms bar on Bridge Street for a drink after driving around doing some genealogy research in the area. As Bawnboy is where my Great Grandfather listed as home on his WWI registration card, we figured he may have spent some time there and decided to stop in. We started chatting with Shelia, and she suggested talking... More

We took over with a teenage football team and a number of adults. Sheila and her staff could not have done more for us. We were fed, watered and very comfortable in the spacious rooms for a whole weekend. Would recommend to anyone in the area for the great welcome. Thankyou very very much.

Just returned from a great weekend spent at the Keepers Arms. There was 11 of us in our party and nothing was too much trouble for Sheila and the staff. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast perfect and the hospitality the best I have ever known. Will definately be returning in the future.

This was our third stay at The Keepers and again we have had the best of attention! We have enjoyed substantial breakfasts, varied dinner menus and welcoming hosts in Brian & Sheila while not forgetting their staff. This establishment is a gem in rural Ireland which provides the traditional Irish welcome, a great pub (the Guinness is first class!), comfortable... More

Called in for a bite to eat passing through but to be totally honest, I don't think I would go back. Don't get me wrong, the staff are absolutely lovely people, really helpful but the style of food served was not what you would expect in this day & age...a bit old-fashioned & not exactly noteworthy. I think their main... More
