Spent the weekend in Hawthorn Lodge with my son, we were on a fishing trip and as usual Steve and Pauline were the perfect hosts, the house and bedrooms are beautiful and Paulines breakfast is second to none. Steves knowledge of the surrounding fishing spots is excellent and he's always willing to point us in the right direction, taking the...

Hawthorn Lodge I a very smart and comfortable place to stay. Pauline & Steve (your hosts) look after you with fantastic meals and very comfortable bedrooms. They are based a few miles outside of Belturbet right in the Irish countryside with plenty of things to do mainly fishing but great walks are not too far away. It is so good...

We can't recommend Hawthorn Lodge highly enough. Wonderful hosts, excellent food, beautifully kept rooms, perfect location. We have visited hawthorn Lodge for the past four years and have never been disappointed with the accommodation. Even when the weather is poor as it was for two years running, when the lake at the back of the house nearly came up to...

“All rooms are excellent, but the suite we had was outstanding! It is so quiet, sleeping was no problem, we were late for breakfast every day with no problems. Pauline and Steve made our holiday great.”
