I have nothing to say except WAOUHHHH!! this B&B was incredible! The location is great between Letterkenny which is a big and uggly city and Ramelton which is a small typic irish village, very charming. The house is amaizing, design and modern with a very nice view on the lough and the Donegal hills. We were the only guests and...

My one night stay at Moorfield Lodge was a real treat. My room was lovely, with a peaceful outlook onto lush green grass. My hosts, Lin & Bobby were exceptionally kind and friendly and were ready to provide the best of service without being intrusive. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, the crepes with fresh fruit were sublime. Thank you,...

Thank you for your kind words. We are pleased to know that you got what you came for - a chance to revitalise and recharge your batteries! The weather is just so gorgeous at the moment, the grass is really green and the water azure blue - so amazingly beautiful. We hope to have you back again soon. All the...

Just off the R 245 between Letterkenny and Ramelton, Moorfield Lodge appears as a real surprise at the end of a short driveway. In contrast to so many overdone 'atmospheric' Hotels and B&Bs, Moorfield's architecture is all about clear lines, glass and light. Hosts Lin and Bobby Crossle have carefully created surroundings in which one can only feel relaxed and...

Thank you for that special description of Moorfield Lodge Boutique B&B! It is so good that what we try so hard to achieve, does make it's mark. It was our pleasure to have you stay with us, albeit for such a short time. And, yes, Moorfield Lodge is so well located for those wishing to sleep in comfort, yet get...

We had an amazing stay here last week. Lin and Bobby are fantastic hosts. What better way to start the holiday than homemade scones and tea! The grounds are beautiful and the rooms have a totally luxurious feel, helping you to relax completely. There is lots to do and see in the surrounding area and Lin has loads of good...

Didn't know what to expect. It exceeded all of our expectations! No detail was overlooked! Lin and Bobby were charming hosts. The breakfast was wonderful - we especially liked the fact that as much of the meal as possible was made from local providers. Can't wait to go back.

I would like to correct an earlier post regarding moorfield lodge, no charges where made with regards to a cancelation at this establishment, the booking was made through booking.com and when canceled booking.com's automated message stated there would be a cancelation fee. This however did not transpire as to date and the owners of moorfieldlodge have not charged any monies....

We were spoilt here form the minute we arrived - fresh scones and tea, a gorgeous room and lots of help with activities in the area. Lin knows her stuff, and she's the ultimate hostess to top it off. Just outside the rural town of Ramelton, Moorefield Lodge offers stylish and modern accomodation in counterpoint to the traditional Donegal landscape.
