This was our second trip to Robertstown, but our first staying at the Holiday Village. What a great little find!!! Travelling with nine friends, Karen made sure each of the rooms (two cottages) were made up to single beds. Each cottage had everything you could possibly need and on arrival we were treated to homemade scones & jam, with milk...

We stayed here for Punchestown races - about 30 minute drive away. Roberstown centre is a 5 minute stroll from the cottages and has two pubs, a nice cafe (good breakfast), convenience store and post office. We spent our time in Charlie Welds where we were made to feel very welcome. Location is in a peaceful spot by the canal...

The cottages are clean, large and beautifully furnished. The proximity to the cafe, restaurant, shop and pubs is perfect. This is a great stay if you'd like some peace and quiet, or a home point for day trips to all cities in Ireland.

I am surprised by the number of reviews that say that the cottages are clean and the service is great. We stayed there during August 2016 and were very disappointed with the place. The lights were not working, the utensils in the place were inadequate, we were glad that it was summer as the heating would have been insufficient if...

Good Afternoon Navin I am disappointed to read your review. Yes last year we did have issues with the cleaning company that look after our cottages. Karen, the owner, is very professional and friendly. She was always available before and during our stay, accommodating my requests regarding dates and days, and providing full information at our arrival. I was delighted with a "welcome present" - as I can call it - which we found on the kitchen table! Our cottage was spacious and warm, equipped with...
