As soon as I walked into my room, I knew the bed was going to be uncomfortable, mattress could do with being replaced. It was thin and sagging. The website mentions "state of the art flat screen tv" so I was taken aback by the small portable tv on the desk. I was expecting a nice big wall mounted tv!!...

Hotel is nice. Staff are friendly. Food in the bar is only average and a bit expensive for what you get. Also allow at least half an hour to get to the airport on the shuttle bus. It was10 mins late leaving the hotel and it is at least a 20 minute journey.

The hotel was good but we felt it was not of a four star rating,it seems to cater for large coach party's and weddings. The breakfast was disappointing but the restaurant food was very good ,the service overall was only average but Graham's who served us our evening meal was attentive, efficient and a good laugh

This is my 5th visit to the City North Hotel and it continues to deteriorate, to the point where I cannot see myself returning. We booked interconnecting rooms, for a party of three adults and three teenagers. Check-in time is 3pm. Our rooms were not available until closer to 4pm. The check-in process took 20 minutes, with the incorrect number...

It was not great from the start. Room was not cleaned properly from previous guests. Fake nails left all over bedside locker and bin in bathroom hadn't been emptied. Used sanitary towels left bin. I booked a deluxe family room which should have included a double, single and roll away. No sign of the rollaway. Place is ridiculously understaffed. Sat...
