I have worked in a 5 star hotel and first class hotels before and even had a training on international standard customer service. My experienced during our stay in this hotel was not really that good. The staffs were not friendly and approachable. Maybe they could use some smile whenever there are guests next time. The room (317) we got...

This is probably the best hotel in the city though is still only a 3 star. The Imperial suite is very good for around £57 per night. The double rooms are ok for around £19 per night but no wifi and all rooms are twins not really doubles. Restaurent is ok but no foreign food available. all filipino dishes which...

We stayed at Royal Garden Hotel for 3 nights. Amazingly, room rates are very affordable, rooms and services superb. We have clean rooms, new set of bedding and fresh towels everyday without telling the housekeeping. Hukad restaurant serves delicious and affordable dishes all the time. The number one recommended hotel when you're in Ozamiz City.

I didn't stay here - only had dinner. But this is one of the few places in Ozamiz City with a good ambience. Food and coffee are okay. Hotel rates are expensive compared to others (around $40 for a double) but it is in the center of town and looks/feels clean and comfortable. Just a few steps away from the...

Stayed in the 4th floor Imperial Suite for almost three weeks. I found the room to be fine for a long term stay referring to both size and content/layout of room. What may not be obvious in the literature is that the sleeping and living areas ARE separated by a heavy sliding glass door which provides adequate privacy and noise...

The staff are very accommodating and helpful. The rates are reasonable and the hotel is well maintained. I was traveling this time with my wife and...

My parents and my partner and I stayed at the Royal Garden hotel for two weeks whilst visiting family in Ozamiz. We loved our stay! Only one toilet roll provided & the air conditioning unit is very noisy. The hotel now has a Restaurant called Hukad which...
