We have been there because we were in the area for a wedding. First I made a reservation only for Saturday and called the week before, if it would be possible to have another night and it seemed no problem. Well, we arrived. They didn't found my name first (yes it is German and complex, but) then had no reservation...

Had stayed here some years ago since when the surrounding area has had to endure much redevelopment which is still on going and makes for a rather scruffy ambience. Inside its a bit faded but the staff were welcoming and the food good and overall good value for an overnight stop.

The rooms at this hotel were clean and well appointed. The pool was good after a day of sightseeing. However the hotel had no atmosphere and the restaurant was expensive and the food was very average. There was a building site at the back of the hotel which didn't help the environment. Our room overlooked the busy road at the...

Firstly there is no hotel car park but a free public one immediately opposite. There is a lift. The twin bedded room was comfortable and nicely decorated, we chose the 'Chine' and there are other styles too. We didn't use the pool but it looked good with plenty of sun loungers. There is a disco until midnight on Thursdays, Fridays...

We had intended to stay for two days at this hotel as we'd been travelling around France for three weeks and needed to have a stop on our way to Castellane, but it was a massive disappointment. Despite being part of the Logis chain, the service was chronically unprofessional and we left after the first night. Maybe we struck the...

Myself , my wife and daughter had the long drive up from Llafranc in Spain and booked this hotel. On our arrival we found the staff really helpful. We went to our room which was a bit better than basic but ideal for our needs ( an overnight stop before driving to Paris ). Once the bags had been dropped...

We arrived at about 7 pm and the front desk clerk directed us up to our room on the second floor to the right of the elevator. He neglected to mention that the elevator would deposit us on a pitch black floor. We finally found a light switch and walked all the way to the end of the hall, only...

This hotel is not catastrophic. The bed was Ok, the bathroom had been recently refurbished and the room was reasonably quiet. However the building itself is of very poor quality and even hidden with so called "thematic" decorations this is just plain obvious. Could have been better with nice furnishing out it is also clearly not the case: just cheap...

The hotel is located at five walking minutes from the center of Privas, a quiet town in the Ardeche. Not much to see or do in town, so you are bound to take your car and explore the area - nice opprtunities for walks in nature. We had reserved two double rooms and were happy to be able to switch...
