After a flat tire a local advised us to go and checkout Coral Beach and so we ended up here a bit unexpected. We had a very good time though. Great food cooked and served with love and free lounging on the beach for as long as we wanted. Great view, crystal clear blue water, comfortable lounging chairs. Everything we needed for a few hours of peace.

First I read the other reviews...here's mine. We only spent one night, as we couldn't get a connection to Long Island the same day. We normally spend a night or 2 each year in Nassau and stay in basic rooms in older hotels in the same price point. This has been our favorite so far. The rooms were cute, cleaner than other places we have stayed, better sitting areas, and a great fridge/freezer for the food we brought with us.
This is definately not a fancy place - go to Paradise Island or Baja Mar for that, and pay those prices. This place served up a comfortable place to sleep, a hot shower, a bar and restaurant that was open late, and right on the water. The employees were nice and friendly.
If I was in Nassau for nightlife, casino, fancy meals, I would not stay here. But I think it's a hidden treasure for someone looking to get the out-island feel without the added expense or travel.

My wife and I stayed at Coral Harbour Beach House for two nights. After four nights in busy, touristy Nassau, we were ready for a much more relaxed atmosphere. The quiet solitude of the lonely beach provided us with an escape from reality--going home to our sub zero climate and being back to work.
The villas were comfortable and provided a nice balcony to view the ocean and sit privately. We happened to be there for Marge's going away party (local expat neighbor) and were invited to join in on the celebration and food. The small bar is habited by locals--who are friendly, welcoming and ready to share a cold Kalik or two.
The beach is extremely private, taking it to the right provides a greater distance to walk--about 20 minutes but watch out for the glass. There is much of it on the beach and you really need to watch every step. Chairs are provided along with hammocks and a large deck to enjoy a quiet drink or dinner from the small on sight restaurant. We ate there and enjoyed the peace and quiet of our private deck and beach. The sunsets were spectacular--swimming not so much so as it is quite shallow for a distance.
The owners and staff are most accommodating, willing to meet every need and comfort requirement you may have. All in all, a great escape from the hustle and crowds of Nassau. You will be quite removed so ask you taxi to stop at a grocer first for some food and possibly drinks if you pass a liquor store. You can walk the residential neighborhood but will probably stay on site with your own beach access.
The taxi from Nassau is about 35, and ask for the price to the airport first--10 minutes and we got stuck for 25, should have been ten. Someone at the bar will probably take you for less. We got to the airport 2.5 hours early and waited for 2 hours there--stay for one more cold Kalik and get to the airport with less than 2 hours to go--plenty of time.
Thank you to the staff for a peaceful and relaxing departure from the Bahamas.

The staff here was very kind and helpful, dedicated to making my stay great. They provided a complimentary taxi to and from the airport and the taxi man, Mr King, was friendly, courteous and prompt.
This property is located in a quiet area away from the touristy parts of the island and has its own beautiful beach with covered and uncovered seating to enjoy. The water was gorgeous.
There is free parking onsite but since the dive shop, Stuart Cove’s, is across the street I did not need a car.
My place had a small kitchen with stove and refrigerator, a bedroom with king sized bed and a living area with a futon couch. It was very comfortable.
There are two bar/restaurants onsite and one has live music on Sunday nights. The owner also has other entertainment scheduled at various times.
The food here is wonderful and the pricing was very reasonable, especially, after hearing the prices for meals other divers paid where they stayed.
I will definitely stay here again when I return. It is the place to stay when diving Nassau as far as I am concerned.

My last night at the this fabulous hotel. No it's not a luxury hotel and resort catering to American tourists, but on the plus side it's not a luxury hotel catering to American tourists. Staff is fabulous and the local Bahamian food is to second to none. Much to my disappointment, they have been without plantains all week, so I bought plantains when I was in town this afternoon and the cook is making them for me for dinner. It's that kind of place.

Everything horrible. The place, the room, the attention, the bugs... All a very bad experience. There was no one to receive us. The hotel is very far away and getting a car to take us was difficult and super expensive. The hotel was very abandoned, the beach was small, there was no one at the bar to ask for something to eat or drink. At night, we heard screams late and couples arguing. All very unsafe.

All of the staff and management were very nice and in our opinion, were doing the best they can. The place is very run down, not super organized and empty. I think we were the only people there for the three days we stayed. I felt like I should grab a rake and help them. I did pick up some empty containers and garbage left near the beach. They definately need an infusion of cash for the place. We picked it due to the close walking proximity to Stewarts Cove Diving operation. However Stuart cove had a well run shuttle service. The bar in front of the Hotel (not Villas for sure) is called the Sands and they get lots of locals and passerby tourists for a drink or two and some food. Food was decent. You should rent a car if you stay here because there is no close by stores or places to visit. There are no Taxis that come here.

The beach area is limited in size. There isn't much else going on around it. There will be nobody else there but the guests from the hotel. It's nice just rather quiet.
