My colleagues and I had a great stay at this Hotel from the 23rd to the 25th. The Hotel staff were all friendly and welcoming and the Hotel itself was well laid out with great facilities and exceptionally clean. I would of given the Hotel a 5 star rating if the evening meal matched the quality of it's breakfast. I...

My partner and I stayed at Eastwood Hall on Valentine's night. We had booked this venue because we were visiting the DH Lawrence museum in the town. The check in reception staff were friendly, polite and efficient making us feel welcome as soon as we walked in. Our room was clean with ample storage space. The bar area is a...

Nice modern hotel in lovely grounds. Staff helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean. Dinner a bit of a let down very expensive for what you got but breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We would stay again when in the area.

Lovely hotel set in open grounds, like a parkland with a small lake. Very comfortable room and comfortable bed, if a little soft. Large bathroom with all of the accessories you expect from a good hotel. Had a great meal, well cooked and nicely presented. All staff very helpful and friendly. Good leasure facilities too!

We spent one night on a Bed, Breakfast & Evening Meal Deal with another couple. The hotel is far more impressive on the outside than the inside and the cosy feel of the outside was more a business feel in the inside. In fact there was a Barbers Shop Conference happening on the days we were there which actually made...

I booked this venue last minute due to timing. It's basic like a Premier Inn. The leisure suite is good, staff are welcoming but the food is very poor. Don't expect too much and you'll have a nice stay

We recently stopped here for the weekend as a joint celebration for my Husband's 40th birthday and Valentine's Day. The valentines evening meal was lovely, full of flavour. The trio of Derbyshire cheeses was a lovely mix and the melt on the middle chocolate fondant with cherry ice cream was delicious. The breakfast was fantastic, something for everyone and cooked...

Just back from a two night stay here bought as a deal with travelzoo so we had evening meals/ breakfast/ bottle of presecco as part of the deal. The hotel was pretty run of the mill ...we had a superior room which was clean ...a bit dark, but apart from that decent enough....I loved that the radiator worked, unlike more...

Easy to find from the M1 motorway, comfortable lounges/bar area, spacious. modern and comfortable room. In addition the service was exemplary. We didn't try the pool and leisure club, Our deal included a two-course dinner and breakfast and we were really impressed with the food. The dinner menu wasn't enormous but the choice was good (esp. for non-meat eaters). The...

Pictures misleading. Lots of rooms all differing in average quality amongst our colleagues. Food, bar and facilities generally quite good though. Places needs a bit of re-decorating and new furniture.
