This a good guesthouse. The most important thing is Jacky who's speaks English and help you with everything. He also cook very well and the food was delicious. He wrote me a map with a beautiful trail around the villages and the rice terraces- it's was great! There also a big terrace in the guesthouse with wonderful view on the...

It's very convenient if you want to see sunrise in the morning! The location is very nice with beautiful scenery. The dinner is very Yunnan style and a little bit spicy, but overall it's pretty good experience!

Making arrangements for room and trip was very pleasant and easy. Jacky (+86-135-2973-2170) speaks excellent English and has a positive, open, generous nature. He arranged for a driver to pick us up in Kunming and take us on a 4 day loop (stone forest, Jianshui, yuanyang, kunming airport). Loved the driver and Mr. Zhao understood exactly where to take us,...

I booked this guesthouse be cause of the good reviews. I was not disappointed. Jacky speaks English very well. It was hard to find the guesthouse but Jacky stayed on the phone to get through the town to the Guesthouse. He sent an employee to meet us in the parking lot. It was after dark and she came with a...

The view's from the patio over the village and terraces are absolutely mindblowing. The accommodation standard in the area seems to be rather simple in general, so while it's no luxury Jacky's place is really good, clean, and well-kept. The food is lovely and Jacky will help you with arranging trips in the surrounding areas, or anything really. You can...

Very clean room with windows on 2 sides of the wall over looking the rice terraces and one can snap beautiful photos of the sun rise and of course the rices terraces. The room comes with ensuite bathroom and the single bed has an electric blanket for use during cold nights. The room has an electric kettle for making hot...

Everything you read about Jacky in other travelers' reviews is true. He's extremely friendly and helpful, speaks excellent English and is a great photographer to boot. We spent 3 nights and 2 full days at Jacky's. The first days we did a lovely hike from ShengCun to Quan Fu Zhaung village, doubling back to Bada for an unspectacular sunset, but...

A few days before our arrival we contacted Jacky about the travelling possibilities to the guesthouse. He was very quick in responding and very helpfull. After our arrival we had a delicious diner at the guesthouse. The room was basic, but that is what we expected, because it is far away from the big cities. We only stayed for one...

Jacky came and pick-us up at the Vietnamese border and took us to his guest house. He was very kind and helpful all the way, with very useful tips, and he speaks a perfect english. The guest house is right in the middle of the rice terraces, and the view is magnificent. It is located in a small village where...

Jacky is a fantastic host. He was, among other things, my translator and fixer. He introduced me to an ethnic family who were also incredibly welcoming. Jacky's place has awesome views. Would recommend!
