Just back from a 2 night stay arriving on Easter Monday - which was busy, busy, busy for the restaurant and bar and this resulted in lack of service and presentation and quality of food. On the Monday night the guy at the bar told me "People were told there would be a delay in food". Sorry? I wasn't informed?...

Room was big, with a comfortable double bed, kettle, biscuits, hairdryer. We made full use of the pool, sauna and hot tub. We also walked round the trails on the island. We ate in...

First of all - bar having a few teething issues, i still give 5 stars. The setting is out of this world, we had a mixture of gorgeous weather and torrential rain on the last day and the lake/surroundings were beautiful in them both. We stayed in number 38 lodge and were very pleasantly surprised. First of all the pictures...

Spent 2 nights here on a voucher which included breakfast and a salt bath spa treatment. Very relaxing and scenic site, great for unwinding. Spa was good and the pool and steam room particularly good. We ate off the Island as the menu was not very good, there only being 1 chicken dish for example. The breakfast was up there...

I spent 3 nights in Lusty Beg with friends and family and it was a weekend well spent. Everything was first class from start to finish. The location is stunning (a very straightforward drive from Dublin), the lodges are beautiful, the food was fantastic and the staff couldn't do more for us. The list of things to do is endless....
