We recently had a 2 night stay at Puntebianche, after visiting Alberobello, which is a 25mins drive away! The B&B is first class offering a tranquil hideaway retreat, a calm swimming pool & ample loungers! The owner Stefano couldnt be more helpful and even rang around restaurants and making reservations. We stayed in the superior Trulli, and it was a lovely experience and one I can’t wait to repeat! You won’t regret your decision to stay at the Puntebianche!

We absolutely loved our four-day stay at Puntebianche B&B, and it was a highlight of our two week trip! The hosts were friendly and welcoming, from making espressos for us as we arrived to bringing freshly squeezed juice to us as we relaxed by the pool. As other reviews have noted this place has a wonderful aura of tranquility with many beautiful design touches, from the Buddha statues to the hammocks to the artfully placed seating areas, flowers, and cacti. We stayed in a trullo which was decorated beautifully and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning, which had lots of choices and was in a dreamy, airy space. The pool was fantastic to lounge in on hot afternoons. We also enjoyed the various animals at the site, including two donkeys -- Lola the dog was particularly sweet. The dogs did bark a fair amount as guests arrived but that didn't bother us. We would love to come back the next time we are in Puglia and would highly recommend this place to others!

Lovely and enchanting B&B in the heart of Puglia. Stefano and his friend are very proud to guide you in their property. You will enjoy of course the trulli which is so typical for the region and the homemade things which will be served at breakfast but you will never forget the paradisiacal pool. Pictures can tell more than words. Enjoy too.

If you are around this area and looking for something nice definitely this is a place to consider. The host is very nice and friendly and the place is kept in wonderful condition. Swimming pool is really nice and quite big with a separate idromassage area and the nature around is absolutely stunning. The rooms are really amazing and there are so many nice touches inside it. Only negative comment the dogs bark quite a lot in the evening and they remove completely the relaxing atmosphere.

We recently stayed at Puntebianche with another couple on a tour around Puglia. Luckily we had decided to stay 3 nights here rather than the 2 originally planned. It is a truly amazing place, so tranquil, beautifully set out, and stunning at every turn. Stefano and Luciano made us feel part of the family and were very welcoming and helpful, so we quickly relaxed. The decor in and around the garden and patio area is a kind of shabby chic that you know has taken real artistic skill to put together. You will have your camera clicking at every turn! Breakfasts were a delicious buffet with lots of nuts, seeds, grains, fresh fruit, pastries and homemade cakes, which were eaten under the olive trees on the shady patio . . . what could be better? Being a donkey fan, I just loved chatting to Eva and Selina - so cute! And the dogs were adorable too. The pool was a little piece of heaven, so clean, cool and inviting and beautifully constructed, with a hydro pool set into the rocks above, hammocks in the trees and loungers on the "beach". Puntebianche is not easy to find if approaching from Martina Franca as the sign board is facing the opposite way, and no-one we asked seemed to know of it. However, after turning around several times, and approaching from Ceglie Messapica we did in fact see the large sign a couple of kms out of town. Ceglie is a lovely small town with lots of restaurants (from high end to basic but good local places), bars and pedestrian areas, and relatively easy parking. I have given a 4 rating rather than 5 as our rooms (S. Francesco and S. Michele) were much smaller than we had at any of our other stays in Puglia, but certainly had character in both construction and decor! There was nowhere to put our suitcase apart from under the bed, and storage was limited to a small wardrobe with two small drawers below. But the main issue was the lack of sound-proofing between our room and that occupied by our friends. The bathrooms backed onto the rooms in each case, and (luckily we were v good friends!!) every sound was apparent, and toilets flushing in the night or early showers could be disturbing. There is a fridge in the rooms, but in ours it served as one of the side tables and we had to unplug it at night as it made quite a noise next to the pillow. Wifi and phone reception were very difficult and only available intermittently in the area immediately adjacent to the owners accommodation, but they were aware of a potential problem and hopefully this is now working better. We would love to return to Puntebianche. It is so well located for seeing the local area of the Itria Valley and further south, but next time we will just arrive with a book and enjoy the spacious gardens and pool, and just lazing in this little bit of heaven!
