Very convenient place to stay near Tokyo Station.

We did not try the breakfast but there is a really cute restaurant/lounge area that has a welcome bar from 4-9pm with complimentary drinks. There is an onsen and also women only floors.

There is an area in the lobby where you can choose your own pillow which i thought was pretty cool because i am more of a very firm pillow person. The amenities are all in the same area for you to take as well. In your room is where you will find the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toothbrushes.

The covering on our window was peeling off so i put the shade down for privacy since you would be able to see in to the room if you were standing out on the balcony area (which was also accessible thru that big window and i could not figure out how to lock it!). I also wasn't sure how the bed was supposed to be made but i could see the mattress because the sheet wasn't covering it. Maybe it was supposed to be like that? I don't know, i just thought it was a little odd.

Instead of a room key, you get a code to get in to the door.

Service here was great, all the people we came in contact here were very friendly and spoke some English which was helpful since my Japanese isn't what it used to be.

All in all, if you are looking for a reasonable place to stay right by Tokyo Station, this is a great option.

You couldn't beat the location especially if you are landing in Tokyo after a long flight. Next to the Tokyo station (Yaesu side). Very clean but room (3 people) was very small - I felt claustrophobic for a while and couldn't walk around easily with the suitcase open on the floor. Great transit hotel with no fuss, use it for place to sleep at night after exploring the city during the day. Breakfast available but found the choices limited and went to the great Australian breakfast place nearby.

Will stay again. Narita express will take you to Tokyo station direct and then just walk across the one set of traffic lights and you are there!

I’m very glad we picked this hidden gem of a hotel for our visit in Tokyo. The staff, the location & the facilities all get top marks from us.

The location cannot be beat. We chose this location because of its close proximity to Tokyo station and particularly the airport bus service whose terminal is literally across the street on the outside of the giant train station.

The staff is amazingly courteous, kind and helpful. There were always making sure we had everything we needed even at 6am when we left the building when it was drizzling. A staff member ran out after us to lend us their hotel umbrellas without being prompted.

The hotel has 2 onsens on different floors separated by gender that is open from 3pm until 10am the next morning. Great to be able to soak our tired feet after days of sightseeing and also to relax when suffering from jet lag at 3am!

Third time staying at this hotel. Short walking distance from Tokyo Station. Used the coin operated washing and drying machines. Instructions were not clear whether there was detergent preloaded in the machine. It would be great if the hotel can replace the reusable room slippers with dispensable ones. Not sure whether they have been cleaned properly before the next guests used them.

PROS
—Just a couple of hundred meters from Yaesu Central Exit of Tokyo Station if you walk above ground but you can also use the underground Exit 26 which brings you pretty much just a few steps outside the hotel

—Front desk staff were incredibly courteous and eager to assist with everything, completely on par with higher-end hotel service

—At check-in you can pick out a pillow to your liking with preferred softness/firmness. They offer complimentary beverages (alcohol included) in the breakfast room during the day. Outside the rooms you'll find a water dispenser so you can fill up your water bottle

CONS
—Compared to other hotels in the area of similar price range, the standard room at this hotel has been the tiniest we've encountered. You can barely fit one large suitcase on the floor. Staying two adults in one room is a challenge to say the least as you can hardly move around

—Cleanliness was questionable. The bedskirt was heavily stained (which makes me believe the dark carpet was as well) and the entire room was extremely dusty. There were mounds of dust along the ledge above the desk, behind the TV, and along the doorframes as if they'd rarely or ever been wiped down. An excessive amount of dust was coming out of the bathroom fan and it was so obvious since everything in the bathroom is white, wonder why they haven't done anything about this

—Wi-fi was very poor

Hotel's location is just a three minute walk from Tokyo station and other public transportation. Lovely onsen facilities and the breakfast buffet was filling as well.

My only complaint is that the hotel should include a note when booking that if you will have a very late arrival to call them beforehand so they won't cancel your booking. Due to long immigration lines at Haneda, I wasn't able to get to the hotel until 2am. Luckily I had checked my email around 1am when I got a taxi and saw a message from the hotel stating to confirm with them that I was coming or else my reservation would be cancelled. I managed to reach the front desk and let them know I was on my way.

Other than that I had a great one night stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for something convenient and nice around Tokyo station.

Our group of 6 stayed at this hotel for one night in February 2024.
The biggest selling point of this hotel is probably its proximity to Tokyo Station. This worked well for us as we were just looking for an overnight stay before taking a train from Tokyo Station the next morning. We stayed in the Double Room with Loft. While "bunk bed" would have been a more accurate description than loft, we had no complaints as our stay was pretty comfortable. They even had a little nook beside the reception for guests to select their choice of pillow amongst those of varying firmness and material. The hotel also had a public bath area though we didn't get to try it out during our overnight stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We got their early and stored our luggage whilst we went out to sightsee.
They supplied kimonos and toiletries, and the same sex onsen (baths) were a lovely treat.
There were women only floors for safety/comfort too.

Clean and modern hotel very close to Tokyo Station and the sights of Ginza. Check in was confusing as they are keyless, so I was given a print out and told to take a photo of it. The room was small but comfortable apart from the horrible pillow which was full of stones or beads or something hard, so not a great sleep.
