This was one of the better hotels I stayed at during my trip to Japan. The room was more spacious than what you typically find in Japanese hotels, and the location was excellent—quiet, with easy access to buses to Ginza. The atmosphere was serene and luxurious, offering stunning views. I enjoyed a refreshing morning run along the nearby lakeshore/seashore, which was a bonus. The room was well-equipped with amenities that you don’t usually find in U.S. hotels. While the hotel followed Japan’s standard strict check-in and check-out policies, they held my luggage, so it wasn’t an issue. The staff was very welcoming and spoke English, making the hotel foreigner-friendly. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and was very pleased with my stay.

A comfortable modern hotel. The twin bed room is a bit small for two persons. I guess it is only about 16 to 18 sq metres in size. Though, it is quite well equipped, with a bath as well as a separate shower area. The breakfast is buffet style, feeds you well, but does not have many choices. The hotel is within 5 minutes walk to the Toyosu fish market and is practically next door to a rail station. A trip to city centre by rail takes about half an hour.

Stayed here two nights. Rooms are adequate. Breakfast spread was good. Modern hotel and good location. Beds were comfortable and elevators are plenty. Good place to stay for sightseeing in Tokyo, as it is near to many places. Staff were friendly.

The hotel is new, room is nice and spacious. View from the room is beautiful. Breakfast is buffet and it was delicious. On the ground floor there is convenient store so it is quite convenient. The hotel is close to Shijo-Mae station anyway the location is quite out of tourist spot. From the hotel you can go 2 more station to Lalaport which is a mall near the river with many restaurant and foodcourt. Also it is close to the Toyosu fish market where you can find fresh sashimi restaurant.

The hotel is new, the room is nice, modern, with numerous amenities and spacious, with an exceptional view. Breakfast is buffet and was delicious. On the ground floor there is a convenient shop, making it quite convenient. The hotel is close to Shijo - Mae Station and several bus lines. From the hotel you can go 2 more stations to Lalaport, which is a shopping center near the river with many restaurants and food areas and 4 stations from Odaiba. I would definitely stay again.

A modern hotel in a very quiet location with a great view. 15 minutes by taxi to Ginza. Comfortable and relatively large rooms by Japanese standards. Good for jogging, relaxing and recuperating. The breakfast room is rather sober and has a train station feel.

We stayed here for 6 nights and was ok, the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and tidy, the bed was a little in the hard side and we woke with a back ache most mornings. The WIFI was rubbish didn’t work half the time and we have to log back in every time, very annoying, The down side of the location was that there are really no restaurants nearby only a convenience store.
