Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We stayed for six nights at this property and enjoyed every minute of it. The airport limousine bus from Narita stops right in front of it (Toyosu station stop), as does the Haneda bus, which we took back. The subway station is connected to the hotel on the basement level, so you have the shops there as well as the connected Lalaport Mall for shops and restaurants. The view of the river is beautiful, and you will see Skytree at night. There is an onsen on the top floor, and the front desk has tattoo covers if that is an issue. The restaurant breakfast is amazing and is worth paying for at least once. Our room was quiet and very comfortable, and there is a small laundry/vending room on each level. We have stayed in other locations around Tokyo, but we would come back to this one without hesitation.

The hotel is out of town at Toyosu station but we found that ideal. The lift takes you straight down to the metro station, it is so easy to navigate and you can get to most destinations within 20 minutes.
Our room and bathroom were small and probably our mistake when booking and the pillows not to our western style but the bed comfortable and the sheets nice - important to me. The views were absolutlely amazing, so much so that you don´t need to go up to the Tokyo Tower or Sky Tree for views.
Breakfast is adequate. Limited selection of Western and Asian but quality is good and good coffee machine.
Public bath in the hotel also very good. The TV screen in the room tells you how full it is before you go. Tip: key cards open the public bath areas but there are different cards for men and women so make sure you take the right card before you go.

The most amazing hotel. Luxury at every turn. The atmosphere is incredible and it makes the guest feel like royalty. The staff gives the best service and you never need to ask for help because they will notice before you get the chance to ask. We payed extra for a city view and it was soooo worth it. We didn’t even close the blinds while sleeping because the view was amazing. Everything seemed to be high end. The beds, sheets, robes, soap even the doors, hallways and elevator was beautifully decorated! The breakfast is appealing for every guest as they have European and Asian options. They have these very small bite sized pieces of cake, so that you cab try every kind. When we were there in November they had also decorated for Christmas. The vibe in the bar was amazing with very low key live music and a wonderful view. They also know their wine. I got a couple of amazing drinks and tried their wine. It was amazing. I really don’t have a single negative thing to say. It is by far the best, cleanest and most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed at. It made me fell amazing

Firstly the staff here where wonderful, helpful and friendly always. Other than that I can’t say we enjoyed this hotel. It was difficult to find as it’s not signed very well, the lobby is on the 36 floor. Overpriced hotel! Iv stayed at nicer hotels for much less $$ The room had no view and was very small and smelled, there is no way to get fresh air into the room. I requested to move rooms But they were fully booked so had no choice to stay. I was happy when we left!
On a positive side though under the building are food restaurants and mini Marts. I got some great deals on whisky I couldn’t get anywhere else. Also the MRT is below so it’s easy to get to and from the hotel station. Buses and airport limousine is also directly outside.
It’s a nice neighborhood and quiet to escape the insanity of Tokyos busy city. If you want to eat at some nice quiet restaurants I highly recommend getting on the monorail outside the hotel and a quick ride down to “Aqua city Odaiba”. It’s a really nice place to get some amazing photos of the harbour bridge and the statue of liberty 🗽 and inside is a hidden treasure of restaurants you must visit! Nice relaxing environment.

Excellent hotel located in Toyosu. The location is a little out of the way but still accessible by metro. The room we had had an exceptional view of Tokyo from the 36th floor. The comfort in the rooms is excellent with good bedding, a large format TV, a sofa to enjoy the view... the breakfast was excellent.
Our experience was, however, a little spoiled by the noise with occupants of the next room who played very loud karaoke until very late at night or even residents who made videos during breakfast. Too bad for a hotel of this standard!

Beautiful hotel. All the guest rooms are all on floors 33-35, so no matter which one you stay in, the view should be amazing. Very clean and staff are all polite and helpful. Going into the lift down to the ground/basement floors takes you directly to Lalaport with dining options and’s convenience stores and Toyosu station.

The hotel is comprised of the upper levels of an office building owned by Mitsui. As all the rooms are located at or above the 33rd floor, you get a marvelous view of the city. There is a shopping mall nearby to do your shopping. They have a public bath area where you can enjoy the skyline of Toyosu. Toyosu market is a couple of kilometers away bet definitely worth the walk. Definitely worth staying if you want to visit Toyosu early.

While a little hard to find for the first time, once you get to reception on lvl 36 you are greeted by an amazing view across Tokyo Bay to Mt Fuji and the experience gets even better from there. The reception staff are very nice and helpful, the rooms are a generous size for Tokyo and the ‘sea design’ element has been carried on throughout to hotel making it an interesting and relaxing space. Even from the rooms the views are spectacular. The hotel is also in an interesting and relaxed part of Tokyo (but very well connected by the subway) and is next to a good mid-size shopping mall with good food and drink options. The only minor downside is there is only 1 restaurant in the hotel and, while the food is good (and the view great) , its a little pricey.

The view of the Rainbow Bridge side was good, but the room was the opposite. If you stay there, it's probably best to book a room with a view bathroom or a corner room. Still, the view when I lifted the screen was breathtaking, and I was impressed to see the Skytree and the far reaches of Tokyo. The structure of the front lobby here is a little different, with the front desk on the 36th floor and the guest rooms on the 35th, 34th, and 33rd floors. So, you have to take two elevators, one from the basement to the lobby and one from the lobby to the guest rooms, and it takes quite a while to get out of the hotel. You need to be careful about that. Mitsui Garden is one of my favorite hotels, because no matter where I stay, there is always a good view, a large public bath, and it's clean. Among them, Toyosu is a hotel with an excellent view, so I recommend it.

A business hotel 20min outside central Tokyo. The hotel was modern, good size rooms and with a public bath on the top. Very nice views from the rooms and aside a mall Lalaport, plenty of restaurant options around. The bus from the Haneda airport stops just in front. The queen size bed was very comfy with pillow options for the sleep.Shower is a bit small but the room was a good size. Had amenities, water replaced everyday in the fridge. There is no proper working desk though. a small table can be used but it is not for long hours.Has a nice restaurant with a city view at the reception level. The only annoying thing as getting to the hotel. Reception is on 36th floor and you need to change elevators to access rooms on floor 33-35Th. Make sure you got everything before you leave your room... The place is considered trendy so weekends are packed with people and restaurants may become a problem.
