Getting there
Good for walkers
Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
We booked a suite so we had more space and a kitchen if needed to take leftovers or take out home, and a sofa for relaxing in the evening. It was very affordable and we didn’t mind the train journey to and from as you’re generally going against the tide. You can get a day pass for the Rinkai line which will allow you to go to the nearby Diver City mall which has lots of restaurant options as well as some decent shopping. It was very easy to get in and out of the city. The room itself was very spacious and had amazing views from the 18th floor. There are plentiful amenities such as razors, sun screen, face masks and toothbrushes in the lobby as well as very helpful staff. Check in and check out can be done via machines but there is always someone there to help you. The6 will also help you book airport transfers. The only thing that we felt let the hotel down was the restaurant (extremely limited menu) and the breakfast. Breakfast is in a long, narrow dining room which doesn’t have much space for the volume of guests or staff to easily manoeuvre. There were lots of options, but western style breakfast was very minimal and the toasters took a very long time. The food was nice but most of the hot options were barely lukewarm. It all felt a bit stressful although we were well fed.

I spent a week here for business, and it was a fairly good experience. I can't rate check-in because my reservation was messed up, not the hotel's fault, and it took a while to resolve; plus they only had a smoking room left and I had requested non-smoking. Fortunately there was only a faint whiff of smoke upon entering the room.
The room itself is pretty small, which I expected. There was a chair and enough desk space to work. My room was low (3rd floor) and rather dark, a higher or differently placed room would get more light. The bed and bathroom amenities were fine. I suspect that it would be cramped for two people; for a single it was OK.
The breakfast buffet is quite nice with a good selection. There's a convenience store on the second floor for snacks or liquids, and a first floor lunch/dinner restaurant; its menu was rather limited, but what they offer they seem to do well.
It's about 5 minutes walking distance to stations for two rail lines, the Rinkai line and the Yurikamome line. Access from Haneda airport is quite simple via monorail and the Rinkai. It's also quite close to the Big Sight convention center.

I stayed here for three nights to participate in an event at Tokyo Big Sight. The location was great, just a few minutes' walk from the venue. The view from the 18th floor was pleasant. The room was a premium deluxe suite, but it was built like an apartment. There was a small kitchen, a washer/dryer, and a microwave. The bath was like a home bath and was easy to use. However, when cleaning came in on the third night, there was no toothbrush in the bathroom, so I had to go downstairs to get one. It would be better to have the things that were prepared on the first day prepared even after cleaning, so there is no confusion. I also think it would be convenient to have a trash can or another one. The staff were kind and warm.

We stayed in a condominium with a kitchen over the three-day Silver Week holiday with our family of four, including children. Compared to hotels near Disney Resort, we decided on this hotel for its cost, room size, and easy access to certain places in Tokyo, and it was a very good choice. The bedroom and living room are separate, so even if we woke up early we didn't have to worry about our sleeping family members. This room was on the premium floor and there was a private elevator so we could avoid the crowds, but the check-in was very crowded, so if we could check in at the private counter on this floor or earlier in the day, I think the number of fans would increase even more. The breakfast was very filling and we were very satisfied. We would like to use this hotel again.

It is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to, with its service being even worse than 2 star hotels I’ve stayed in other countries previously. We came as a family of 5, where there’re 2 adults and 3 children. We booked 2 rooms, each as ‘superior triple room’ through agoda. Prior to arrival, we emailed the hotel to ask if our rooms will be side-by-side, and the response was as we booked the bigger rooms, they’re only available at the ends of the hotel, so our 2 rooms will be at opposite ends of the level. On arrival, the reception said they received notice that what we booked was 2 superior double rooms, and refused to acknowledge our print out that we booked ‘triple’ rooms. After some discussion, the person in charge somehow changed our 2 rooms to only 1 room with 3 beds, saying we said we wanted to sleep in 1 room. After further discussion, we finally realised the issue was the info they received from agoda is different from our print out. But instead of assisting us to our room and honouring what we booked, they insisted they can’t give us the 3rd bed as they do not know if we paid for it, and that we had to call agoda ourselves to clarify it. During this entire period, the person in charge was rude and put words in our mouth, also saying that we’re not respecting him. The whole saga took 2 hr, and we missed our booking to another place we’d booked for the evening, thinking we’ll have lots of time to visit it after checking in. After making everyone really unhappy and tired, there was no attempt to even assist in bringing the luggages to the room when my husband was still on the phone at the counter talking to agoda (they were blaming agoda for the issue, but refused to take responsibility and provide proper hotel service by contacting them, insisting we have to do it ourselves if not we’ll not have the bed). So we had to lug our many luggages up ourselves with 1 adult and 3 young kids. This is the worst service, in fact there is no service at all, for any hotel. I will never come back to this hotel and definitely not recommend it to anyone. There was rudeness and total lack of service.

My husband and I booked a small suite (junior?) in this hotel. It is a part of a Japanese chain of hotels that range from a simple, inexpensive business hotel up to a more luxurious accommodations. This hotel was above a simple business hotel, but not a luxury hotel either. The cost was reasonable, the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the location away from the hustle and bustle of other areas in Tokyo. We were checked in quickly by friendly, polite staff. The suites are on the higher floors and have their own elevators. That was nice. The amenities are self-serve, single-use packages, available to guests in the lobby. I appreciated that they had a variety of items, including toothbrushes, razors, bath salts, tea, and more. It was very convenient to have a washing machine, a decent-sized fridge, a hot plate, a Nespresso, and microwave in the room. We were able to borrow a shiatsu massager for our legs and feet, which was perfect after long days of exploring Tokyo and the Tokyo Disneyland resort. There was a convenience store in the hotel and another across the plaza. The hotel is not far from the Disney resort, shopping, Team Lab Planets, and Odaiba. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

All the pictures online sadly does not depict the actual state of this hotel. I booked here on a whim and went by the great feedback I read about and by looking at the pretty pics on here and booking.com BUT please don’t be fooled, this is an old hotel ! Maybe it’s just the room we were given 1211, but it was dark, musty and needed a seriously good clean, especially the carpets ! The reception area is nothing like in the pics online ! We walked in and thought we were in some old airport or post office ! It seriously lacks that ‘Welcome, you’ve arrived!!’ feeling when you normally arrive into a hotel. It even smells like an old airport! The lobby area is non existent really. You have to check yourself in and out and yet there’s so much staff standing around. I really didn’t like that at all. The breakfast is good but I would like some western offerings like the normal eggs and bacon some mornings. I had to use an iron and was told to come downstairs to collect it. They have baskets with the amenities in the lobby which is good but it resembles a $2 shop & microwaves in the opposite corner. We would never stay here again. The only thing good is the location as it’s between 2 different train lines. But the room needs a serious updating & the toilet would make an awful noise when flushed. This was our 4th hotel we stayed at while in Tokyo and it was seriously awful. The washer & dryer on some floors was good to have. But other than that, there was nothing nice about the hotel I can mention.

The staff here is very helpful and friendly. All COVID-protocols are strictly, but politely, maintained and the facilities are very clean. My room wasn't huge but it wasn't tiny, either. Nice balcony, always fresh and clean linens and towels each day and the breakfast buffet was ok. If you only speak English, you might have a hard time trying to re-program the television to English but no overall complaints. Mini-fridge, microwave oven, iron, ironing board and toiletries in the room upon arrival.

Everything from baggage storage before check-in to check-in, card reissue, and card delivery to the room were done quickly. One other thing I noticed... It would be nice if there was a notice in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean telling people to wait in a line outside the entrance to the breakfast venue. Also, I think it would be good to put about 10 panels on the floor and have people line up on them. It's a great hotel where you can sit down on the Rinkai Line when it's quiet.
