I stayed at this hotel because of concerts at Ariake Arena and was very happy with my choice. Some other hotels in the area have smoking rooms, but this whole hotel is smoke free. The elevators require a room key to leave the ground floor, and I felt safe in my room. Japanese hotel rooms are small, so it met my expectations in that regard but a double is plenty for a solo traveler. The room was quiet. Staff are friendly. Drinks are free in the afternoon, which is refreshing on a hot day. I would stay here again. A train line and busses are a short walk away. The only downside is that this area is at least 45 minutes away from most major areas of Tokyo, so keep that in mind. Extra notes - there’s a free shuttle between Haneda Airport Garden and Ariake Garden, which is a block away from this hotel. On the ground floor of Ariake Garden is a food market, and on the 5th floor is a big food court with many restaurants. There’s also a great vegan ramen restaurant at TeamLab Planets nearby that’s open to the public without a ticket.

This hotel is 300 metres from the train line and you can see it as you depart from the station. It is also 500 metres from a large shopping centre with a food court on level five with a wide variety of Japanese cuisine including western options . The staff were excellent and vey helpful during my stay, thanks Sara. It has a self serve laundry which was good with a wash and dry cycle combined and adds detergent for you . Many options in the morning such as Tully’s Coffee shop which is a 5 minute walk on level one of the shopping arcade .

The location is perfect for families with small children as the hotel is near the Urban Live Park and Ariake Garden Mall. There are lots of open spaces and you won't be scared to lose your child in the crowd. It is far from the action of touristy Ginza and Shibuya but it's a beautiful area. They room is small but it's already bigger compared to most Japanese hotels. The double bed is not against a wall so both of you can get out of bed from each side. The sheets are very nice and soft. The pillows are a bit strange: the irregular shaped ones, one with memory foam, the other with like bits of pieces. They have free happy hour from 2-10pm serving non alcoholic drinks. The salty lychee was delicious, like a lychee flavored pocari sweat. They give out amenities in the front desk for you to just grab what you need.

Fantastic value. Brand new modern hotel in modern Ariake near the sky metro line U, the Toyosu fish market for great sushi and the Ariake Gardens mall with every store a traveler would need including a very well stocked Aeon grocery store I visited every day.
Everything at this hotel was well thought-out and functional. Rooms are small but very efficient and modern. There’s self check in, a very handy and modern coin laundry on the 6th and 11th floors, and daily mini housekeeping with full room cleaning every 4th day.
I went to Tokyo Disney several days and it was a door-to-door 30 minute trip via three metro lines. Be sure to download the Pasmo app to speed through the metro stations.

Did not provide drinking water and instead requested a review here to redeem a bottle of water. Service can surely be improved. There are other better options although room rates here are cheap, location is far from major attractions and travelling time is wasted

We stayed for a tour of Toyosu Market. The hall and the rooms are clean. The view cut out from the window on the 13th floor is Toyosu Market, the tower apartment spreading behind it and the wide sky are like paintings, and the view changes from evening to night, sunrise and momentarily, it is very flesh for us. I am allergic to house dust, so I asked him to operate an air purifier, he was able to handle it. There was a mobile charger and Alexa in the room, and the amenities were a system to receive what was needed at the reception, there was no inconvenience. There is also a facial pack, and the hotel rooms tend to be dry, which was helpful. I didn't expect much because breakfast was free, but I was able to take out 3 kinds of bread and drinks.

In addition, you posted your impressions during your stay very nicely, and we are impressed with the expressions that we can not think of. We are very pleased to hear that you were able to spend your time comfortably in your room. As for breakfast, we originally planned to have a buffet breakfast, but we offer bread and drinks as free light meals to prevent the spread of Covid-19 infection. Due to such circumstances, we will hand it out at takeout so that you can enjoy it in your room. We hope you enjoy it when the buffet breakfast starts. Encouraged by the words "I want to come back again", all the staff will strive to improve the service so that the hotel will be satisfying whenever you stay. We hope you chose us as your accommodation again in the near future. Best Regards, Far East Village Hotel Tokyo Ariake Front office manager

Loved the place. Loved the slightly firmer mattresses, very comfy, great water pressure in shower. Great lighting in room ans great view over parts of Tokio (13th floor), as well as all the little features. (Faucet tap turns!) Room was a little small, but that could be according to our booking. Clean and kept neatly. Great location near Toyosu fish market. Would recommend.

the service as we got here was really good, early check in was possible at only 2000/room. Staff was friendly and the hotel was quite, calm, and peaceful.
If you’re looking to stay at the heart of Ariake near a big mall with restaurants, i would definitely recommend far east village.
