I stayed here while attending an event at the Big Sight convention center, which is about 500 meters away, so an easy walk on a covered walkway over the railway and road (not obvious from maps, but easy to find). I did not use public transportation on this trip, but rail and bus are readily available.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I had a few packages delivered to the hotel for the event and they were received on my behalf, in good condition, and readily available.

There is a collection of restaurants in the same building complex as well as a convenience store, which were very handy. The breakfast buffet (JPY 2200) was well appointed with both Japanese and Western fare.

The single room was small, I had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and a small table in the room. It was sufficient for my needs. I would have liked a bigger pillow (or possibly 2). The price was excellent, but check multiple sites for pricing.

I would stay here again when coming to the Big Sight.

Good clean, COVID compliant comfortable business style hotel next to Tokyo Big Site and next to two tube stations. I stayed her for 35 nights in July and August 2021 whilst working in Tokyo. The rooms are small by western standards with a double bed , TV ( Japanese channels only ) chair and desk space with a very small area for placing clothes and small bathroom with a small bath and over the bath shower, but that’s the norm for Toyko. My air conditioned room was cleaned every day.and the free green tea, coffee bags and bathroom supplies ( razor, toothbrush sops etc refreshed daily). The headboard has the room light controls and a built in clock/alarm which was helpful. On the ground floor is McDonalds open 0700-2100 and a 24/7 shop selling the usual drinks including a good beer selection and food. A selection of restaurants on the 2nd floor. On the 4th floor there is self service launderette ¥400 to machine was your clothes and ¥100 per 20 minutes in the tumble dryers ( I’d recommend an hour to fully dry clothes). The staff were impeccably helpful and polite and reception was open 24/7. Breakfast is buffet style served in the ground floor restaurant from 0700. The free room WiFi was generally reliable. All in all good experience and if I would stay there again.

Can’t say much about this location as it depends on your intend, it has pretty good ocean view, next to some malls, and we decided here because is near to the bike rental shop. Check in is self service machine and pick your own toiletries. HSKP will do minimal cleaning of changing towels but no bed make up or stuffs. Breakfast is nice and I like the Japanese ones more than the western style. Didn’t have them 5 bubbles because there is no usb ports! Nowadays whether or not you are new or an old hotel, this is crucial… hope they will consider.

Previously, the cleaning was insufficient, but I believed it had been improved as it had been pointed out in many reviews.
It was raining, but you can walk from the station along the roof, so you don't have to worry even if you don't have an umbrella. The location and low price are attractive.
The front desk staff were kind and it was comfortable until you got into the room.
This time, the water wasn't a problem, but there was so much white dust around the bed that I wondered how many days' worth of dust there was.
I was afraid to use the air conditioner, as I thought it was probably black mold.
I think that people with allergies and other illnesses may stay here, so I wish they would pay more attention to cleaning.
It's a shame because it's a very nice hotel in a convenient location.

I decided to stay at the Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington Hotel from Sendai for the first time. Because Flights from Haneda to the United States were scheduled the next day. I used to use the Akasaka Prince Hotel, but that has become an unrealized dream.

It was a midsummer day of about 35C and I was sweating, so I asked for early check-in and checked in. Well, I wasn’t expecting much, but sure enough, the first room I entered was a room with a view of the car park, which I was very disappointed with, but Tokyo Bay Ariake thought it was my first time and it was only a one-day stay, so I was super thrilled to find out if they could explain what was going on and change it to a more scenic room, and after negotiating with the front desk, they changed it to the last room with a bay view on the 12th floor, with Tokyo Bay directly in front of me through the window.

The front staff were from Southeast Asia, but they were well educated and never forgot to worry about the details.

There was a Yurikamome station right next to me, which was very convenient for transportation. The hotel had everything: hair dryers, microwaves, vending machines, ice makers, laundromats. But, hey, I thought the number of laundromats was too small for the number of hotel vacationers.

Finally, it was a field of balls that had accumulated dust on the vents of the air handler, which seems harsh.

There were plenty of amenities available and I was very satisfied, including soothing aroma mist, relaxing bath salts, Megurhythm, refreshing toe pads, ear pads, body towels, etc. The body towels in particular were very soft and I was very satisfied. The relaxing bath salts also had a nice scent and are recommended. Parking was 1000 yen, but you might have to wait a little while to check in. This is not a review of the hotel, but I recommend doing your research before going out to eat nearby.

I booked a superior single room. This hotel has you book the "superior single" plan, but then they actually show you to a regular single room. The same thing happened when I booked through another agency last time, so I wonder if this is something the hotel does on a daily basis. Last time, I contacted the front desk and moved rooms, but this time I just stayed there. The quality is not that different even for a superior room. However, the hotel's attitude is very questionable.

It's the worst access from check-in.
(Long lines...) (No one to respond!)
It's hard to breathe when you enter the room. It's still hot and the windows won't open because it was on a higher floor!
The air conditioning won't even work! Even with the entrance a little open, the air is thin and many people come and go until late in the hallway, so definitely… Be patient somehow
I went to bed and woke up the next morning to find myself out of oxygen and feeling unwell
Unable to move due to vomiting and headaches even Check-out
Extend it without a choice (Infomart hard to connect with when you're not feeling well... it's hard)
He'll never use it again because of trauma.
Even if the facilities around you are attractive...

…I want you to think seriously about how you can improve

I stayed here to take part in an event held at the Big Sight.
I stayed there without breakfast as I heard it would be crowded.
I was surprised that it was more expensive than I thought. As it is a Washington hotel, I was confident in the facilities and service, but I was disappointed to see that there was dust on the upper wall of the room. Perhaps they couldn't keep up with it because it was busy season.
I was very disappointed as this never happened at other hotels in the same chain that I have stayed at.
I understand that they are busy and can't keep up with it, but if they are going to charge extra, I would like them to at least clean it properly.
The location and staff were very good, so it's a shame.

Hi! There is no shuttle bus service from the hotel for Disneyland instead you can take a train from Kokusai-Tenjijo (Rinkai Line) station which is 2 mts walk from Tokyo Bay Ariake Washington hotel. Get off at Shin-Kiba station and change train(JR-Keiyo Line) for Disneyland. Very convenient.
