The Unicorn is OK . It is in need of some TLC (carpets pretty grubby). Recently changed hands (late Feb 2017). Not a patch on the White Horse in Kings Sutton. Be great if it could up its game a bit. The former managers were pretty good and it seems were a hard act to follow.

The Unicorn is an old building which shows in the uneven floors and not-quite closing windows but I found the en suite room comfortable. The bar serves a good selection of real ales with an open fire with a couple of armchairs to sit and read a book. It is used by locals giving it a friendly atmosphere. I didn't...

An interesting place to visit as well as the village. The choice on the menu is reasonable but the food is very good, and I was certainly felt welcome. It looks like it has a clientele of regulars too, so the overall atmosphere as a visitor was very pleasing and relaxing.

Maybe I was just unlucky......? The welcome on arrival was great and friendly, room was OK, it's an old inn with uneven walls and floors etc and that's without a drink. Room was lovely and warm, great Wifi and comfy bed, left very early before breakfast so I can't comment on food but and it's a huge but....... THIS IS...

Pub and staff really lovely, but bedrooms need a lot of TLC. Our room was freezing cold, with a gale blowing through the windows. Central heating was on a timer, so had no way of heating room when it went off. Carpets all need replacing, as they are filthy dirty, and cause the whole of the upstairs to stink. When...

I have stayed here a few times now while on business in the area. Staff are always welcoming. Food in the restaturant has been very good every time I have eaten there. Rooms are a little quirky but it is an old building so don't have a problem with that at all. All in all a good place to stay...

Not the best stay, room was dirty-covered in fly's but I get this happens when windows are left open, bath was dirty, then the bathroom door wouldn't open the second day of my stay.Bed was broken. I must say staff were helpful but I was disappointed when the staff member sorting out my complaint admitted the bed and room wasn't up...

We arrived mid afternoon at the pub and were in quite a rush to get to a wedding. The staff member behind the bar was really good at showing us our room then ordered us taxis to and from the wedding for which we were really grateful. The room was small but really lovely, clean and tidy. Breakfast in the...

Best nights sleep in ages! Great themed rooms with outstanding facilities. Friendly staff and amazing food in the bar. What more could you ask for? Lovely little village with a handy local shop, all in all I would happily visit again.
