My wife and I are return visitors to Majahuitas, last there 6 years ago with our children. It was way too long between visits. This stay we were able to spend our three nights in Casa Cliff. As the name suggests, it is situated overlooking the property and is isolated from the other houses so does take a bit of...

We loved our three day stay at Majahuitas. All the casitas have their own charm, and I would not hesitate staying in anyone of them -- in other words, don't let the availability of them dictate your dates. That said, some casitas have more beds than others, so larger groups/families will want to select an appropriate one. For people who...

Staying at the Majahuitas Resort is a unique experience I am so glad I was able to enjoy. All three daily meals are included, and they are outstanding. We especially enjoyed the group dinner, to meet the other guests. That made the experience, meeting guests from all over, so much more enjoyable. That there are only 8 cottages allows very...

We spent a week at the Majahuitas resort over Christmas with our three kids (14, 12, and 8) and it was the BEST family vacation and the BEST way to spend Christmas together. No cell phones, no internet, just quality family time. The food was amazing every day. They prepared a beautiful Christmas night buffet and we ate on the...

Our trip to Majuhuitas resort was a success. We travelled with two kids who also thouroughly enjoyed the resort. They have free kayaking, and a hike to a waterfall which were appreciated by the kids. The 4 friendly labradors are also nice to have around. It was the first time we really had this open air casa type of accomodation...

Reading thru reviews by others, there's little that I can add. The place is like a little paradise; the service is impeccable. The food is great. The beach is relaxing. The staff was able to cater to our food limitations without any problem. We were joking amongst ourselves that they are taking care of our diets more than we would typically...

I'd sent a long review upon our return last week. Didn't appear. Now a shorter but no less positive comment. Majahuitas, to use the cliché, is un paraíso, but without the serpiente. Food, accommodation, setting, are all beyond compare. The smiling, obliging, kindly staff are likewise incomparable with any that we've known anywhere else in México. Or about anywhere, period....

The best compliment you can see for Majahuitas is that nearly every reviewer posting is a repeat guest and we are no exception -- we just returned from our third trip. My wife and I have loved it here and it's our special piece of paradise, but for this trip we decided for the first time to share it with...

Stayed for 7 nights at Majahuitas. It is apparent immediately why the reviews are so positive. The setting is beautiful, but the people make it fabulous. We were treated like royalty the minute we stepped onto the beach. Stayed the first night in the Mango unit, and the other nights in Los Arcos. We travelled with another couple, Arcos worked...

Majahuitas is simply lovely. After a 45-minute drive and 15-minute boat ride, you're welcomed by a fun and friendly staff and the dogs!! It's such a lovely welcome, and you truly feel a bit off the grid. No internet was a blessing. Falling asleep each night to the waves was even better. The food is all inclusive and delicious! We...
