This was the most amazing vacation we have ever been on. Cannot wait to get back for another visit! Felt at home (loved the cats and dogs) and ate the most amazing food ever (really ever). It was so romantic...I just cannot sat enough, just go!!

We enjoyed the best 5 days of vacation EVER at this amazing place. Pure beauty, peace, relaxation and comfort. Delicious food. Great accommodations. Total relaxation. Love the owners, the staff, the dogs and that cove that keeps calling my name. We couldn't recommend it more highly!!

6 nights was not nearly enough. Visited the resort with my BF in October, it was our first visit. We'll be back most definitely. The staff was super friendly, the hosts were low key, the food was great. The dogs were entertaining. We didn't have to do a single thing for our selves, when we wanted a drink they brought...

I needed some serious unwinding, and after an exhaustive search, my husband and I decided to try Majahuitas. It was exactly what I was looking for and more - beautiful (beyond words), tranquil, natural and off the grid. Food was incredible and plentiful, staff was warm and inviting and the casitas were really fun and different. Started the week in...

This was our first visit to the resort. (actually our first flight into Puerto Vallarta!). We didn't want to leave. HATED leaving, actually. (We are already planning our return trip next year!) We had such a relaxing time. Majahuitas is SPECIAL. That is the best word to describe it. The food was amazing, AMAZING. The people there treated us like...

We've been to Majahuitas three times -- 2006, 2008 and 2011 -- each time staying for 3-4 nights during the week before Christmas. We travel all over the world and rarely return to a single site -- much less three times. But Majahuitas is special. Sometimes you just need to get off the GRID -- no TV, no cell phones,...

My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this slice of paradise via a Groupon deal that the resort did and we are both so happy that she saw it and decided to buy it. This was exactly the kind of low key vacation spot we were looking for after going to all inclusive resorts in the Caribbean the last few years....

This review is long overdue but it wouldn't feel right not expressing my gratitude to the wonderful Majahuitas staff! This small resort in the middle of no where is stunning. We stayed in the Cliff House and loved the privacy and the added exercise after a huge meal! The bed was very comfy and although it was warm and humid...

We vacationed at Majahuitas Resort in mid-May. We stayed at the cliff house which is a hike up above to the side of the cove where the resort located. The waves as night were quite loud but is basically all you hear at night from this casita. I am told that there are 8 casitas total, although while we were...

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this "one of a kind" resort on Banderas Bay. Our Jungle Casita was like a first class tree house along a tropical beach. No air conditioning or electricity needed here. After dinner, home made candles lit the path back and illuminated our casita. The ocean lulled us to sleep. The three full meals each day...
