We stayed in an offsite apartment (a.k.a. dependence). It was very clean, convenient and spacious. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty with lots of fresh breads and rolls. Dinners included in the half board package were delicious. Soups were very good, salad bar produce was excellent and main courses were varied and well prepared.

The Brunner family was warm and inviting and went out of their way to help us find and complete CoVid tests locally that were required for our return flight home.

It was the first time we (2 adults and kid) visit the Sonnblick hotel and it exceeded our expectations almost in any moment. Well-situated to ski and other infrastructure, the spacious room with a huge balcony, friendly staff, well-isolated from the street's noise. Dinners are something exceptional and require a separate review.
We had no chance to try the SPA area on the roof, so, we used the family SPA, which could be extended (as further improvements) with a larger pool and a small salt room.
Even with the current SPA, we were happy to stay in the hotel and, definitely, recommend it for those who consider this place for (no matter how long) stay.

Wonderfull family hotel for skiing/hiking holiday. Ried/Gipffel cablecar station is just across the street in front of the hotel, hotel is cosy, very friendly stuff. It has nice sauna and small pool to relax after skiing day just befor 4 course wonderfull dinner. There is always option to ask something simple for kids if they are more into french fries and chicken nugets than shef specialities 😊. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choice for everyone with egg, celery, salad, veggy, fruit and local bread varaities.

A nice cozy but modern family-owned hotel 4 minutes away from a cablecar to Kronplatz. Everything you need and a bit more. The staff speaks also fluent English which is not so elementary in these parts.

The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The food was very delicious and the starters, main dishes and deserts of the dinners were like Michelin restaurants.
The staff is a family, which were very friendly and ready to help you at any time.
Our stay was just lovely. Thank YOU, Sonnblick team!

Very nice rooms, abundand breakfasts, a pleasing sweets selection to bridge the time to the exquisit cuisine dinner with excellent wine recommendations. Very friendly and helpful family staff. A bit pricey, but very enjoyable stay, indeed. Higly recomemded.👍
(With just an across-the-street Percha-Kronplatz cable car station, the best possible skiing startpoint).

Great hotel with underrated location. Ski lift is walking distance away (5min). The rooms are nice and clean. Tha Spa area is also very good with nice sauna and outside heated pool/jacuzzi. In the basement there is another welness area, more suited for families and kids. The family than runs the hotel is super nice and polite. No complaints at all! Recomend 100%

We were received with a personal welcome from the owner son Simon. Very warm welcome. To our surpise our room was upgraded to the marvelous penthouse room. The hotel is extremely comfortable. It is full of details that made our stay truly great; one them the wellness with a lot of different saunas, resting areas and outdoor poll for kids; unforgetablle experience!
The room was of high quality; great beds, wonderful shower and best of all big spaceous terasse with a mountain view.
Everything clean, new and tastefull.
Varied choice of food at breakfast and dinner and all high quality. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.
I would highly recommend staying here.

Excelent hotel with good location (at least for skiing), cleanness, very friendly and supportive staff.
Large and modern decorated rooms.
Great and diversified food on both breakfast and dinner; chef style 5 course dinner.
Two nice and clean wellness areas.
I highly recommend this hotel for skiing and hiking.

We stayed here for a week at this hotel (half-board). This was our first holiday in the Dolomites. We frequently travel to the Alps but never been here before.

We were very impressed with this hotel. The family and staff running this hotel are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Trilingual staff (English, German, Italian).

Facilities: clean and lovely rooms, amazing views from the upper floor spa and pool, lovely garden to relax at the back, and 2 spas (lower ground and upper floor) with excellent facilities. Also, nice bar to sit and relax.

Food: 5 stars. Dinner has to be the winner. Amazing courses, you feel like a royalty, all allergies taken into account, variable menu every day and a great open salad/starters bar. Breakfast was superb and nutritious.

Discounts: we got a discount to the spa complex in Bruneck. Fantastic experience and make sure you go there. We lost the count at how many saunas you can go to. Good pools too. We also got a 7 week free travel in the region when we checked in at the hotel.

Walk/hikes: we chatted to the hotel staff and got fantastic recommendations and tips on local walks and hikes. There is also a programme of activities at the hotel entrance. Plenty of leaflets and maps too. The visit to Drei Zinnen and doing a day hike around it is a must. We got excellent recommendations from the hotel staff on how to get to it and where to park as it is very popular.

The hotel is near the lovely city of Bruneck (short drive) and is a walking distance from a supermarket.

There is so much to explore and we would love to come back again.

All in all, excellent hotel, lovely family and staff and amazing facilities. Go for it!
