Our family stayed at the Hotel Palatino recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the low season, but we found this hotel to provide excellent customer service. All staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to chat and showed a real interest in our stay. Rooms were comfortable, beds very firm, balcony was great. Rooms small but adequate and...

Great location for all and functionality even during off season makes this property a must live at reasonable cost. Staff is extremely friendly and cordial which is a great feeling in Greece. Very near to Sea and markets which also makes it quite popular. You can ask for sea facing balcony and get good deal in any season but be...

Hotel room is rather tiny, but the view is fantastic. Has a little balcony outside. I find this common in Greece hotel but regardless of the stars, there's no slippers, coffee/tea or the boiler, even water was not free. That too not sure why bottled water tastes salty... But internet is free. Breakfast is greek breakfast european style and nice....

It was our first vacation in a Greek island when we stayed at a downtown hotel, instead of a beach or resort one. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Palatino is excellently located at 200 m distance to the central market and the pedestrian area of Zakynthos Town. Also, a very nice small beach is just 2 minutes...

The hotel is just perfect! Stayed there for a week with my wife. Our room was airy and spacious with an amazing view on the local beach. The employees were polite and always ready to help us. The breakfast was good. The hotel is definitely one of the best in the city.

The Palatino is a very clean and exceptionally friendly hotel in a fairly secluded spot of Zakynthos Town. The breakfast offers a good selection of foods of good quality every day. The rooms are well decorated and kept very clean by the excellent cleaners. The front of house staff are very helpful and are always cheerful. Would definitely stay here...

We have been at Palatino for one week (end of August - beginning of September 2016). The room service was very good. The employees from the hotel were very nice and helpful. The position is good but not really in the center of Zante. It is 100m far from a beach which is not crowded at all. Is not the...

Great location near the center of Zante town. A bit far from the bus station if you want to commute by bus. Clean and tidy rooms. The staff is very helpful in all you need and can assist you with information and bookings. Moderate breakfast but good enough.

Located within walking distance to shops and restaurants without being located right at town center. Rooms well-appointed without being too fancy. Interactions with front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Value in line with season, amenities and atmosphere. Public beach located short walk from hotel. Other interesting beaches within 30 minute drive.Ferry landing a short taxi ride (3 euros)...
