We stayed here for 5 nights over Easter. It is definitely a more business-orientated hotel. By that I mean it is functional, comfortable, air-conditioned and well run. It is located 200 metres from the sea front where there is a quiet 'town beach" and a 5 minute walk in to the central area of Zakynthos town. We found all the...

This is the third time that I have visited this hotel during the last month. The rooms they are average. Most of them have a nice view to the sea. What makes this hotel worthwhile is the staff. Very accommodative and pleasant. I haven't been during the summer in this hotel in order to see how it's in operation during...

Our family stayed at the Hotel Palatino recently and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the low season, but we found this hotel to provide excellent customer service. All staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to chat and showed a real interest in our stay. Rooms were comfortable, beds very firm, balcony was great. Rooms small but adequate and...

Great location for all and functionality even during off season makes this property a must live at reasonable cost. Staff is extremely friendly and cordial which is a great feeling in Greece. Very near to Sea and markets which also makes it quite popular. You can ask for sea facing balcony and get good deal in any season but be...

Hotel room is rather tiny, but the view is fantastic. Has a little balcony outside. I find this common in Greece hotel but regardless of the stars, there's no slippers, coffee/tea or the boiler, even water was not free. That too not sure why bottled water tastes salty... But internet is free. Breakfast is greek breakfast european style and nice....

It was our first vacation in a Greek island when we stayed at a downtown hotel, instead of a beach or resort one. It turned out to be an excellent choice. Palatino is excellently located at 200 m distance to the central market and the pedestrian area of Zakynthos Town. Also, a very nice small beach is just 2 minutes...

The hotel is just perfect! Stayed there for a week with my wife. Our room was airy and spacious with an amazing view on the local beach. The employees were polite and always ready to help us. The breakfast was good. The hotel is definitely one of the best in the city.

The Palatino is a very clean and exceptionally friendly hotel in a fairly secluded spot of Zakynthos Town. The breakfast offers a good selection of foods of good quality every day. The rooms are well decorated and kept very clean by the excellent cleaners. The front of house staff are very helpful and are always cheerful. Would definitely stay here...
