I loved this place. The sky at night was just incredible. The lodge was basic but still a very nice place to stay. You can have campfires. The food over the road was nice. The only thing was the breakfast wasn't that amazing but it's...More

We are happy to hear of your relatively recent stay with us. We are fortunate to be able to live and work in such a beautiful location, as well as being able to share this awesome wilderness area with our guests! We hope to see...More

Take the new cabins because the old ones are almost unbearable. Dirty and lots of things broken. We had lots of fun in the bar though. Bar tender was very helpful and good fun. The food is actually quite allright as long as you do...More

Thank you for sharing! Our historic rooms are quirky but fully functional, but we do love the new cabins that we are able to offer! We hope you will consider staying with us once more in the future.

We have stayed at Panamint several times and always plan our trip around getting the old cabin, as it has a sitting room , 2 bedrooms a TV and a porch. What used to be ‘charming’ is now decrepit and distasteful. This place should either...More

We appreciate your feedback, Lucy. We are working on several development projects property-wide and will be focusing on the 2-bedroom cottage as well. Our new cabins are very quaint, as they have only been in use for one full year, as opposed to our historic...More

We had the cabin room with mountain views and it was very lovely. You open the door to the full size bed and to the left is a bunk bed. It has a small bathroom with a pocket door to the right down a tiny...More
