If your needs are quiet surroundings, and a basic place to sleep, Denali Park Village would fine. I found the staff generally lacking interest in serving guests, the food to be mediocre, and the rooms clean, but small. We had a river view room, but you need to request it. Others we spoke to heard the rumble of busses early...

Stayed here as part of our tour package. Not a new place but a pretty well kept up older place. This place sits right on the river so if you get a room with a water view you are set. Place had a small hiking trail by the river which we enjoyed. Also had a very nice restaurant that was...

We spent 3 nights at the Denali Village Lodge in late August. We both loved the room we had and the amazing view of the Zenana River. We were Building 7 which has some of the newer and larger rooms so would recommend that one when you make your reservations. The location is about 6 miles south of Denali Park....

This lodge is not located in the main 'downtown' area of Denali National Park. It is a 10 minute or so ride by shuttle from the Visitor Center which can be considered a downside. Yet, being away from the crowds is really nice. In order to do anything at Denali, you have to check in to the visitor center or...

My wife and stayed on the property for 3 nights in a river view cabin. We spent a lot of money for the stay and on the property in the gift shops, restaurant and bar, yet the experience was hardly worth what we spent. There is nothing to do on this property other than eat in their over priced restaurant...

We were several miles from the park. There was a shuttle to the park and to attractions so transportation was good. Our room was small, 2 double beds. My husband and I slept in our own beds instead of being crowded in one. The room was poorly lit with only 2 small lights over the beds and lights over the...

This place is priced like a fancy resort At $400 per night but no fancy resort Services. Our room was a cabin by the river. The cabin was not level, so taking a shower was difficult as water went all over the floor. There was very little furniture in the room, making it difficult to unpack. We used our suitcases...

I was given an upstairs room in the Miners Plaza area and it was awful. Walking to the room there was the smell of sewage in the air. The room itself was dark, the bed was ok and the bathtub looked like it needed a good scrub. It was located in what they say are new buildings but they are...

We stayed here for one night as part of our cruise/land package so I have no idea of the cost. If I had a choice I would not stay here. It is several miles from town so you need a shuttle to get to town at $5 pp one way so $20 RT per couple to go to town for...

My hub and were part of a land (cruise) tour and found this to be the highlight our vacation. Denali is just so beautiful and the Tundra Wilderness Tour (TWT) was our favorite part. Our tour was so knowledgeable on the wilderness animals, vegetation, and geography. We saw many animals, but they were seen with zoom lens/binoculars. The highlight was...
