We very much enjoyed our stay. We were in a cabin with no bathroom but the shower-house and bathrooms were very clean. There is internet in the main cabin and a cute little sitting area to work on your computer which was nice because I was currently in college working on my studies during part of this trip. The antler... More

Carlo Creek Lodge is a charming place to stay if you are visiting Denali. My wife and I stayed in one of the new cabins in June 2016 and it was neat and clean. The entire cabin is a bedroom but it is outfitted with a microwave and a fridge. Clean and spacious shower facilities are located just steps away.... More

This place was really need. A no-frills bunch of cabins set back in the woods about 14 miles south of the Denali National Park and run by the same family since its establishment in 1959. The staff is friendly, helpful and very responsive. Loved falling asleep to the sounds of a fast-moving creek right behind the cabin. Cabins are basic,... More

I chose this place because we wanted a kitchen and we had 6 people (including 2 children) . It was very crowded for 6, but that would have been OK. Unfortunately there was a bad smell emanating from the bathroom or kitchen. The carpet was also very dirty. The wireless connection also does not reach to Cabin 1.

I booked this cabin because I was looking for accommodation for four. Someone recommended this cabin on line because that person just did her search but never stayed in. Huge disappointment and well overpriced for what you are getting. Hostel would not even smell so bad! Only the good part is the guy working at the front desk. He was... More

We had a very enjoyable time. The rooms were clean and very cozy. Queen bed was comfy and the porch was very nice. Shower house was the cleanest I've ever seen at a shared bath. Three nice restaurants across the street made it very convenient for dinner. Desk attendant Trevor was also a pleasant experience. I would definitely visit again.

Carlo Creek Lodge is close to Denali but not part of the overly commercialized area filled with tourist traps. Though my husband lamented the absence of a TV, all he had to do was step across the street for fellowship and entertainment. I loved the quiet rustic setting as well as the affordable price. From the owner to the desk... More

My husband and I rented Cabin B. This cabin had a queen bed and a single bed, microwave and mini fridge. It was spotlessly clean, smelled fresh and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bath house was 30 seconds away and also incredibly clean, heated and had hot water! They provided towels and the beds were made. The cabins were... More

My wife and I stayed here after a long day at Denali national park and we greatly enjoyed it. The cabin was clean and fairly spacious for 2 people. The bathhouse was just a 30 second walk from most cabins and they were decent, I've seen better bathrooms but I've also seen much, much worse. I would definitely recommend this... More

I booked a cabin at Carlo Creek way back in Feb. Even though it was the off season, I received an email response right away. A couple of days later when I had a question about the tour I was taking in Denali, Carlo Cabins was quick to help me out. We arrived in the late afternoon and was greeted... More
