Our very first morning, I stepped out to the picnic table to drink my coffee and there you go - 2 elk just snacking away - RIGHT THERE! They were all over the place! It was simply beautiful. Individual sites were sufficiently large; very shaded. No cable/wifi but with the views - who needs it?! The walk to the bus...

We spent four nights here. The site was mostly level and had a grill and picnic table. We had a full hookup site, and everything worked properly. Our site was conveniently located near a restroom. The campground itself is located a short drive from Market Plaza where there are cafeteria style dining rooms, a post office, bank and a general...

Oh my goodness😳 so glad we didn't stay here. We had reservations but dates changed during our travels and tried to cancel our reservations but cell service was horrible in the mountains in Colorado. Called Trailer Village 62 hours to cancel and yes we forfeited our deposit of $48+ bc of 72 hrs policy. When finally arriving in the Grand...

We stayed in the national park's (part of my bucket list) RV campground. Plan ahead if you want to stay in the park. That said,in the RV park we had some trees for shade and full hook-ups. The elk roamed through the property daily. We were within walking distance to the rim of the canyon, most trails were paved and...

The reservation agent was helpful in finding a schedule that would fit. The website only asks for what you want. The agent suggested sliding one day to accommodate us. The close location to transit service, bike trails, and the market was a tremendous asset. It was too easy.

Stayed at Trailer Village RV Park for 10 days. The Park is close to all areas of the South Rim. We used it as our home base during our last 5 day backpacking trip into the canyon. After hiking 66 miles in the canyon, coming back to Trailer Village RV Park was icing on the cake. Highly recommend this RV...

Made reservations well in advance, 3 nites the last week of March. It's the only RV park at the south rim. We have a mini-motorhome and no dingy car so like public shuttles and walkable places. This barely qualified. It's 1 mile to the rim and we walked that about 2xs a day (sunrise & sunsets!). The showers ($2/8min) are...

Excellent starting point for our trip down to Phantom Ranch. Within walking distance to Rim and bus lines to explore the Grand Canyon from the top before making trip down to Phantom Ranch. Pictures do not do justice to this Grand Adventure. A bucket list must whether avid hiker or even disabled person, accommodations are there for all!

We had an excellent experience staying at the Trailer Village RV Park! The park was beautiful, and the facilities clean and comprehensive. We were surprised and disappointed that we were unable to secure a reservation in advance either by phoning the toll-free number or using the website from which the result was 'full'. However, when we phoned the non-toll-free number...
