This is a nice facility within the national park. The front desk clerks were very helpful and housekeeping was good. Parking was plentiful. Staying here gives you walking access to all the south rim shuttle buses as well as the park book store and gift shops. Dining options are limited so we brought deli food from Williams with us, the...

Great location, super friendly staff, much easier if you have your own car because the lodge is a bit far from the best sunrise and sunset points, though the trail is close - and the market and shops are, too. Rooms were spacious, bathroom was adequate; I liked that they're trying to save water. The canteen was lovely, the coffee...

The location was good and the room was adequate. We had a two queen beds room. The room was heavily used but fairly clean. One thing we had an issue was the sheets. The bottom sheet was not fitted , just a flat sheet that did not really cover the mattress so that wasn't great. Other than that it was...

Location is great for exploring the Grand Canyon. Within walking distance to Market Plaza and Visitor Center. However...check-in staff were rude and condescending, our room was dusty, carpets cold/damp, carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed, sheets did not fit the bed, towels were stained/dirty. Heating worked well. Obviously when visiting such an amazing National Park the intent is...

I only stayed here for one night and wish I had longer in GC. I booked an east wing room and it was very spacious and comfortable. It's the only hotel I've stayed in on this trip with a safe in the room which I liked. Staff were helpful and friendly, providing a map and helpful info at check in....

Great hotel for a few days in the Grand Canyon. Comfortable beds with air control (stayed in East), served as a great refuge between hiking and exploring other parts. Village stores were very well stocked with food and beverages, although no bottled water (only gallon + sizes) so plan ahead with reusable items.

We booked at the Yavapai Lodge because we had two nights at the Grand Canyon and wanted to stay within the park. However, by the time we made reservations, the more historic El Tovar and Bright Angel Lodges (which are both located at or near the canyon rim) were already full. Fortunately, Yavapai still had rooms available. The only downside...

Our family of 4 stayed here on our visit to the Grand Canyon. The rooms were clean and quiet. It is so convenient to the Canyon, and we were glad we stayed in the park. The view from the room was of the forest- nice view. The Yavapai restaurants and General store are very close and very nice. I recommend...

We stayed for a night @ Yavapai. The family rooms were quite spacious, very warm (yes, it was very cold outside) and served as a great base to explore the beauty and grandeur of the GC. We were able to step out for sunset and sunrise given that the hotel was inside the national park. No wifi or mobile connectivity...

Our East Wing room was comfortable, especially the bed, although the bedding didn't fit the beds. Being a National Park, there was a big push on being environmentally friendly. Reusing towels, quick showers etc. Lodge employees were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was not available except for in the lodge lobby. I have Verizon and had excellent data coverage throughout...
