We were three adults needing three separate beds and the only option offered by Headwaters was a cabin with two queen beds and a rollaway bed. We requested the rollaway bed but upon checking in were told it would have to be delivered. The room...More

We stayed in a premium deluxe room ... it was nothing special ... very very pricey for retired folks on a budget, but no other option since the roads were closed to Yellowstone that night. The other option was a "cabin" w/no heat or water...More

Campground was wet, due to the wheater. Can happen . 32 dollar for plain campsite is fine by me but to pay for full hookup , while we only use electricity 64 ! dollar is allmost theft. A bread in the shop for a little...More

We stayed in a Premium King duplex. A couple we traveled with stayed in the other half of the duplex but each unit was private so it would not have been a problem if strangers occupied the other unit. It was very nice accommodation in...More

Booked the camping cabin, and what a nice surprise. Better than expected facilities, really nice staff, friendly and helpful, great location. And the restaurant at the lodge is highly recommended, good food, good price, good staff. We were really happy with our experience here.

Hi Karen, The bathrooms are a short walk, about 1-3 minutes depending on where you camper cabin is located. The showers and restrooms have all been remodeled recently, with the last remodel being finished this spring. We'd... More

We don't have AC available in our cabins, however, some have ceiling fans and fans are also available upon request. At an altitude of 6,800 and with cool afternoon breezes and cool nights, AC is actually rarely needed.

These cabins are quite basic, yes there's no electricity, it's camping indoors. Having said that, pretty good campgrounds in my experience. Also the restaurant at Headwaters is really good. We stayed for three days and had... More
