We had a second floor room which faced the lake. We could hear the waves lapping and the loons calling! Room was comfortable but basic. The only amenity was a coffee pot. Ice was available. Housekeeping was sloppy. You could book boat /hike tours through...More

Lodge rooms are expensive and compared to what you get on land for the price one may be disappointed but I was content and it was what I expected or better. We were there in July so the previous reviews about musty rooms and spiders...More

My husband and I stayed two nights in #202 and enjoyed it very much. We had no desire to backpack but wanted to avoid eating restaurant food for every meal. Four huge windows overlook Tobin Harbor, a view, that even in the rain is peaceful...More

As others have stated, this lodge is rustic. On the first day that we stayed in our room, it was very musty and we had to leave all the windows and doors open to air the place out. On the first evening, it was difficult...More

We stayed in housekeeping cottage #212. This cottage has the best location because it is on the end of the path, so no one is passing by your picture windows, and it has a lovely view of Tobin Harbor. I would recommend cottages 207-212 for...More

The boat trips begin getting less frequent (not daily) on Aug. 31. Park stays open for another month, but you have to stay at least 3 days. I think total shutdown is Sept. 30
