Redoubt Mountain Lodge has impeccable service from their guides to their cleaning staff and most certainly their dining. We had a great trip that started with a flight to the Lodge with extra time for viewing the bears as they grazed in meadow areas. When we arrived, they brought us breakfast and a chance to visit with our assigned guide....

First off, regardless of the photos and what others have said, bears are not always available for your entertainment. It's nature after all, not Disneyland. My wife and I stayed for three nights at RML in Glacier View cabin, the best cabin with the best view, in early July 2016 with the hope of seeing many bears. Based upon the...

This is our fourth year visiting Redoubt Mountain Lodge and it is simply the best for fishing, taking pictures of bears and eagles, and enjoying the amenities provided by the lodge. You will not be disappointed when you book your visit!

We spent 4 days and 4 nights in RML in July 2016. Location, accommodation, hospitality, food, fishing and atmosphere were spectacular. Our guide Jess was phenomenal. His knowledge and down to earth personality made our fishing experience quite memorable. Ryan, Danielle, Savannah and all behind the scenes stuff were great. RML is the holiday place not to miss.

Redoubt Mountain Lodge is consistent in bringing luxury to the wilderness. It is by far our favorite place to visit! Comfortable accommodations, beautiful scenery, and outstanding staff. From start to finish, guests get the specialty treatment.

We flew into the lodge on Rust's Aviation. Great flight. We were put on pontoon boats and immediately went out in search of bears. We saw Eagles, glacier and plenty of bears. Even little Cubs. It was a 7 hour tour so lunch was included. We had fresh salmon caught that morning with rice and a Caesar salad. Our guide...

WOW....was blessed to spend 3 nights at the lodge. From the moment we landed, everything exceeded my expectations!! Ryan & Heather manage this property which is COMPLETELY surrounded by a National Park. While we did have some day trip folks in, this place was the right combination of wilderness and comfort. I stayed in a 2 person cabin and while...

Great day in Alaska. Flew in with Rusts flying service and used the boats and guides at lodge for all day bear watching. Served hot lunch at lodge which was delicious. We want to go back and stay for at least 2 days! Looks very nice and guides were great.

Talk about 'heaven on earth'. This place is far from everything and is a wilderness adventure, but it is so much more. From the amazing food that Heather prepares, to the knowledgable guides ( Kit was awesome), I was given the ultimate experience in luxury. Kit was extremely patient and kind with me as I had not fished before, and...

Had the pleasure of spending 2 nights at Redoubt Lodge. What a beautiful location ... exactly what the image in my head is of how Alaska should look: a turquoise lake with a hanging glacier at one end and an active volcano (sorry, no lava, but last eruption was 2009) at the other end, and a scenic winding river draining...
