We go every year for a long weekend of snow play; this year there was no snow but still had a great time. Thank you to Bryson who made a game of paintball between two teenagers and an "old" woman really fun! All of the staff here are great, as is the food. Rooms are "no frills" but super comfy,...

The location and staff were all perfect; plus all meals were included in the room price. I love their food. It's super delicious and it's buffet! This place was a bit noisy since there were so many kids around. The room's wall that I stayed is quite thin too so I could hear the sound from outside--mostly from small kids....

I am sorry we couldn't spend more time at the lodge. This place is perfect for the family! Very friendly atmosphere, very helpful staff (the reception gave us good advice on places to visit) and very good food. We arrived quite late in the evening (almost past dinner time), but we were still served. Some other people called and the...

Now this is a place that fits into the category of Family, Fun, Community & Great Activities! So if you are one of these people that only like 4 or 5 Star accommodation with superior service, stop reading now! Montecito is not about the glitz or running after people! We arrived about 2 hours early but there was no problem...

We've stayed four times in the last six years. We love it. We've seen probably three different managers/owners. We come here every year for cross country skiing. The resort is definineatley on the upswing. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with the updates. The lighting was brighter throughout the lodge, including the hallway and rooms. The lodge dining area has...

We were here for the New Year holidays. The resort is very family friendly. The resort staffs we met are well-trained and they answered our questions patiently and attended our requests promptly. Manager Nancy is very friendly and professional.

The good... For the price we paid the offer was fantastic. The lodge was in a beautiful location and the inclusive meals were simple but very tasty. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of information available to help you explore the parks. There were also several great walks that you could take from the site - we recommend...

We planned to stay at this lodge for 1 night on our way from San Fransico to Las Vegas...This ended up being a terrible mistake. Upon booking we received an e-mail from he hotel with details regarding travel directions and other information however we ignore the driving directions because we were under the impression that by entering the address into...

I stayed here last weekend before a business trip in the Central Valley. It was the beginning of the snow season and the lodge received almost 3 feet of snow the day before my visit. For that reason, we had to be escorted in and out by lodge staff. The staff was great about helping visitors get snow chains on...

We just returned from Montecito Sequoia. Our boys (11 & 13) said it was one of their favorite places ever. Felt like camp. 24 hour access to food in the dining hall/kitchen. All meals included with your stay was really great especially since there isn't anything else around. Lots of activities for the kids and places to explore. Our boys...
