We RV camped the length of skyline drive and North Blue Ridge. Matthews Arm was reopened, without reservations, and was typical of a perfect NPS park. Campground was quiet site was fairly level the trees were lovely and the view was excellent.

Great campsite, fun Lithuanian neighbors, comfortable and clean. Beautiful hiking on Trace Trail, crossing many rivulets. Just finished with toe surgery, so did not go for waterfall hike this time. Gorgeous raptors soaring above, and bear up in the treetops, too, eating the new acorns...More

very nice and clean campground,was not crowded at all during the week.very friendly camp host.had lots of bears in the campground roaming around.but they didn't bother you kind of fun to watch. There are no hook ups ,no showers but they do have restrooms.and allow...More
