Accommodations at the Lodge are nice enough, but it is really more of a 3-star place than 4. The rooms are kind of rough, flooring is worn, there are no elevators to second floor rooms, and so on, but the location in the center of beautiful and active-fun Zion NP can't be beat. It is easy to find the Lodge...

Our party of four stayed in two Western Cabins for one night in late June 2014 as part of a family Southwest National Park vacation. We were checked in at the front desk by a college student working at Zion for a summer internship. She was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. We proceeded to our adjoining cabins, which were an easy...

This lodge is located right in the heart of Zion NP, surrounded by majestic canyons, frequented by wildlife like huge deer with antlers and monster turkeys and if you are lucky to be blessed with a clear sky on a new moon night, then enveloped by the magnificent Milky Way above. We visited during mid January 2015, when it was...

We stayed here in January when there are no restrictions on driving in the park. It is nice to be in the park so you can get an early start on your outdoor activities. We ate at the lodge both nights and breakfast one morning. The food was surprisingly good, a little more expensive than a moderate restaurant but considering...

I loved this location, and when I think back on the stay, I have zero quibbles because the location was so brilliant. The folks at the reception desk are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and one of the employees spent literally 20 minutes with me talking through whether I should attempt Angel's Landing (I hiked to the base of the Wiggles,...

We planned a trip through Southern Utah and Arizona and had 1 night in Zion (24 hours to be precise). We got in at around 3 PM and checked in quickly into our lodge. Given its location in the park, we were able to get a hike through the nearby Emerald Pools with enough daylight to get great pictures and...

This breathtaking setting is totally awesome. The staff, including Linda at the desk and Dave our waiter, were so very nice and especially efficient, willing to answer questions with politeness. Our room was spacious with a mission style decor and stainded glass lamps. A back balcony afforded views of the immense cliffs and wild turkeys, foxes, and deer. We were...

We probably didn't take much attention of the Lodge. With deer coming out at night, we the incredible foundations of ZION NP - we really didn't may much attention to the room. We remember it was clean, and you need a special permit to drive to the lodge.. Another incredible highlight from our road trip..day 25 / 35

What can one say about the location - Brilliant. The hotel is average by national hotel standards - competent in every regard just not exceptional. It is improved from a stay 5 years ago but still room for improvement. Regardless I would go back again and again and would recommend it to anyone that asks.

This is a very cool fun place to stay. Inside the Zion national park spectacular views of watchman. the canyons around the lodge are breath taking. The rooms are clusters of log cabins with great views from all. The lodge is fun and the center of all the transportation in the park in the afternoons the deer and turkey breeze...
