Called in for an early tea,place could do with a make over but staff were nice and friendly.Food was plentiful and well cooked and good value for the price.The place was very busy and there was a good atmosphere will definitely call again.

The positives are free wifi but this is slow. The flowers on the front of the pub are pretty and English breakfast was good. However, there are so many negatives that would never make up for the positives. We had two rooms and they were both small, one of them had a nasty smell which could not be removed with...

We visited this establishment for the first time today. The outside front is very welcoming as are the staff when you enter. As we arrived just on opening time there was no problem finding a table but more diners arrived soon after. We were surprised at the prices, very cheap by todays standards, and wondered what the food would be...

Let me start by saying that I was not expecting much,it is afterall very cheap and you have to take this into account but this room was scarcley habitable let alone offered as accomodation to the public. Overall great value, with very friendly helpful staff. We stayed the first time as it was far cheaper than a well known chain, AND we got Breakfast AND there was the option of dinner. Nothing disappointed, and there was the bonus of a nice walk nearby. We tried to go again, only to find them fully booked. We had better...

A warm welcome,Staff are really kind and warm. Food is good and reasonably priced. Great choice for dinner and lunch.we went there for evening meal ,we met friends that were holidaying on the canal and we were in our motorhome so we had a great evening ,and some good ales to.

Staff is really kind and warm. Food is good and good price. Great choice for dinner and lunch. Not really chooce for breakfast. Just meat meat meat.... Room and bathroom is terrible. Dirty and old. Carpet very very dirty. Bed really dirty too. Shame because i like this pub.

A warm welcome, quirky rooms full of furniture and a great breakfast along with a truly inspiring landlady make this Inn a must place to visit and if possible stay We shall certainly be back on our travels through Shropshire
