Rangamati Tourist Lodge is located in prime area opposite West Bengal Govt Tourist Lodge. It is central spot in Bolpur and all facilities are within a short distance. It is one of older generation Budget hotels, where lift was not compulsory.. Rooms are narrow. The premium room, we were offered, -- had a room of width only 9 ft.It is uncomfortable for...

It was a decent experience during my stay there. The tariff is reasonable. I stayed in deluxe AC room. But the price of food is a bit high though. The behavior of the staff was decent. Rooms were clean and spacious.

13 – 15 Aug, a long weekend, to celebrate the same with office colleagues along with our 70th years of Independence Day, we decided to go to Santiniketan. I used to stay in Rangamati years back and then the service was very good but now it has detoriated. It has just became an ordinary hotel . if you are going to enjoy the air of santiniketan then there are some excellent resorts in sonajhuri, which you can book online. That will be the best or else there are...

The hotel is very near to Shantiniketan Tourist Lodge of WBTDC. We booked an AC deluxe room which had a balcony. The room was pretty nice. The toilet was ok as well. The location is another advantage. It's in the heart of the city. The only drawback is the food is a bit overpriced. So we preferred to have food...

We stayed in Rangamati for 1 night. The reception guys were average. Had to wait long at the time of check-in and check-out. Service was average. Food was okay. Would suggest don't go with much of expectation. Overall, our stay was okay.
