We stayed for two nights as were going to a wedding in the area. On arrival we were warmly greeted by our hosts who offered us tea and cake which was great! The breakfasts are superb and the bed is very comfortable wih a huge en suite (we were staying in the Green Room!). Fabulous and would highly recommend a...

a lovely B&B in a village setting very near all the local Dorset attractions. The owners were a charming and helpful couple who made us feel most welcome. Our room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Just returned from a five night stay with Liz and Robin who were wonderful hosts. We were made to feel most welcome. The room was lovely and breakfast was excellent, a delight to set you up for the day. Advice from Robin and Liz as where to visit was invaluable. We will certainly return to the Crosskeys when next we...

We had a 2 night stay over the May bank holiday weekend and it was such a perfect relaxing break. The house is in a lovely quiet little village, we stayed in the blue room which was very comfortable with a lovely big bathroom. We originally planned a visit to this area to visit Parnham house. We selected Crosskeys since I was located close to my planned destination for the next day. Were we glad that we decided to continue stay at Cross Key even after we found out that Parnham house was in private hands and could no longer be toured. It was...

My partner and I stayed at the Cross Keys for three nights in early October. It was a very good choice as we found it excellent in every way. We were greeted with a tray of tea and delicious cake on arrival. The room was very comfortable with tea/coffee making facilities with a selection of local biscuits. The bathroom was...

Liz and Robin couldn't have been more friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They don't miss a trick to make all the details perfect. Liz' scrambled eggs are not to be missed!!! The breakfast is accompanied with the morning newspaper and a printout of the forecast for the next few days. The room was comfortable and the house is full of character...

Agree with all the previous comments. Liz and Robin were lovely hosts. Nothing was too much trouble from the lovely cake and tea on arrival to daily weather forecasts at breakfast. Very knowledgable about the interesting places to visit and always willing to print out details for you. Rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of choice...

We can only agree with everyone else, Liz and Robin are the perfect hosts. Nothing is too much trouble to make your stay perfect. Tea and cake on arrival, weather reports every morning. Useful information on places to visit and 'printouts' if required. Our room was spotless as was the bathroom, tea facilities in room, with fresh milk in fridge...
