Detailed Reviews
Really friendly proprietor that was happy to accommodate our change of dates. The rooms were spotlessly clean and a good size. The breakfast selection was amazing! Even though we were the only two people staying, we had every possible option, even including a freshly baked "breakfast cake" each morning - must be a Italian thing!
I would really recommend this place, especially if heading up for the winter (we were there in summer) it is kitted out as a ski chalet with a beautiful, large wood-burning stove that would undoubtedly leave the whole house warm and cosy.
It is a great place adn I would certainly go back.

La casa di Zeno seems a bit pricy at first but trust me it is worth every penny. The owner is a wonderful lady that is caring and respectful. She bakes cakes and biscuits for breakfast, has fresh jam and bread every morning. The rooms are not huge and luxurious but definitely have all you need, including a comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. The place is located pretty much as close as you could get to the ski and snowboard rental place and the pists. If you walk out of the door, within 60 seconds you can be in town, and walk in the opposite direction and you will be in the forest. It is also the house of famous skier Zeno Coló, as you will notice the second you walk in the door. Definitely a lovely place to stay.

Slightly out of the town, but a two minute walk to the slopes , for a few days in Abetone, Daniela's home ( and that in the true sense of the word) is a great place to stay.
It is not cheap but worth every penny. Room and bathroom cleaned immaculately every day, great breakfast and comfortable beds.

Mrs Zeno welcomed us after a hugely long Mountainbike-daytrip, served us a lot of very delicious food and was overall very helpfup with us and the other guests there. A small paradise in the mountains of Abetone. Must go!

My girlfriend and I happened to find this B&B a couple of years ago. We have gone back there regularly since then. Everything is so clean and well-kept and there's so much love in every detail!
Rooms are very confortable with super-clean private bathrooms. Breakfast is a huge buffet with plenty of local Tuscany products. Daniela, the landlady, is friendly and kind and has always helped us in planning our vacation.
We are confident you will enjoy your days at "Casa di Zeno" as much as we did. Fabio and Michela.
