I just read your review Jess and had completely forgotten about the insane wait for food. The excuse we were given was that there was only one waiter working that night in the dining room, (which quite frankly is ridiculous in any restaurant)!
If it had been busy I'd have understood that excuse, as crazy as it was, but there were only four tables occupied when we had dinner. We watched as other tables received their meals before us and I had to stop the waiter a few times to ask what happened to our orders. Absolute disgrace for a place that advertises itself as a "4 star resort".
