My family was checked into suite 803.to get to it we had to walk past a stinking rubbish room with dirt on outside it on the corridor floor! In the suit itself, there were stalactites formed on the hall ceiling with stalagmites growing on the floor in the middle of a pool of water! The guy on duty(apparently they had no manager there to manage the place) said it must have just happened and housekeeping had not told anyone yet!!!I hate blatant lies, stalactites and stalactites take months to grow and these were at least 6 months old!!! They moved us to suite 1105. This was marginally better but apart from the simple lock on the main door there was no secondary lock on it as the chain was missing!! It appears they did not maintain this room either and are comfortable to put their guests security at risk. Other people have written about their bad experiences at this property on Trip Adviser over several years and where the management has replied they have said they will improve! Rubbish, these are just words. From our experience the management and maintainable of this place has not improved. There are properties in Penang managed by passionate staff. This is not one of them and well worth avoiding!!

For me this apartment is beautiful place to stay and relax with family. Quiet with a nice view. The breakfast provided are excellent. Rooms are also very clean. The Staff are friendly too. I really like the facilities at ground floor such as the billiard table and the gaming area. Definitely going to come again.

I stayed there 2 weeks ago and it was a family trip. Check was very smooth and staff was very friendly as well. I requested for a higher floor in my booking and they gave me as per my request. I went to my room and it was so nice and clean. An hour later I requested for a water drum it was not delayed to be sent to my room. I would suggest everyone to choose this place and I will definitely come back to here if I ever visit Penang again.

I am unable to imagine how anyone would give a good ratings. I understand that some experiences are subjective but the photos I will attach do not lie. I would avoid this place like a plague. Everything about this property is wrong. It’s the dirtiest place I’ve been to. No housekeeping and zero sense of hygiene. - at the main entrance if the unit, I was greeted by lizard droppings (photo attached) - the floors are so dirty we had to wear shoes in the house - I found a sharp sewing pin on my bedroom floor which is dangerous (photo attached) - I know for sure there is no changed of bedsheets when I found many strands of curly hairs from previous users (photo attached). I had to sleep with clean towels that I brought to line the used bedsheets. - Hair in strainer toilet was not cleared away (photo attached) - Broken tap in bathroom. Shower and toilet are right by each other making the entire floor wet when showering - I found a lemon/orange seed (??) in the middle of the bathroom floor - Mushrooms growing on the bathroom walls (photo attached) - Food bits left in kitchen sink - Airconditioning so noisy it was clicking and creeking throughout the entire night - Location is right by a mosque/surau so the call to prayer is blaring and disturbing - It’s far from anything including Queensbay Mall. The walk there is 30 minutes which isnt that bad but it’s a difficult and dangerous trek. - Located in the middle of a squatter area. These are only scratching the (dirty) surface of the nightmare stay at this filthy apartment. The overall experience was worse than I or you could ever imagine. The only saving grace was the free parking and in an easily-accessed spot. Please save yourself the trauma.

I have stayed at suite 1002. It’s the worst accommodation and I will never going to stay here ever again. Checking in thru the guard security officer! Pick the suite keys and placed RM100 security deposit with the guard. Booked to stay from April 24-26 but we ended up staying just for one night and checked out today. First the bedroom, floor is sticky and mattress has a very bad smell! Couch in the living room is not comfortable! TV channels ok but all channels are very blurred! Bathroom shower head is crap as well. Anyway it’s just uncomfortable stay for me personally. Will not recommend to anyone. It’s always better to get a hotel rather than a private condominium stay!
