Last week i brought my wife to the Manor House and we were literally overwhelmed by the beauty of this hotel and the helpfulness of the staff. No body could do enough for us, the room was superb and the food was 1st class, i would particularly...

Just returned after a 2 day stay 6/7th Dec 2016. Staff are extra friendly and helpful! R room was stunning and extremely clean and comfortable. The sceneryis spectacular and added to a fantastic relaxing post Christmas break away. The staff and food in the Belleek restaurant were of Michelin star grade and it was a fabulous experience all round. We...

Just had a short break here and loved it. The Old Manor House is beautifully decorated and full of nooks and crannies where one can sit and read in peace with the only sound that of the crackling of the peat fire. Our room was an executive double which was very comfortable and even had a TV above the bath....

This is the second time we have visited the Manor House Hotel. The first visit was for my birthday. The staff at the hotel in all areas were first class! Always smiling and more than happy to help. In particular the waiter in the Belleek restaraunt with the long dark hair was superb! So naturally friendly and even got me...

I have been at the Manor several times. The staff in the cellar bar and residents bar are untrained and incompetent.....every time. For Belfast prices this hotel needs major improvement. Coffee is always cold even when returned. Staff are incapabable of making proper cocktails and customers are thrown out of cellar bar on mon night at 2215 and fire turned...

Attended a wedding here yesterday and was disappointed. Meal was for 4.30pm and we didn't get up until 9.00pm. The staff just hadn't a clue. Very through one another. Tables were over laid or the table was small. When introducing the bridal party you couldn't hear the recording or the person speaking. Food was cold and one of my aunts...

I booked this at short notice as a pre Christmas treat. The room was expensive but when I arrived I found out why. It was one of the superior rooms in the original part of the hotel , huge, luxurious and worth every penny. The hotel was almost full to capacity due to a large wedding but there was still...
