Thanks Alicia6969 for taking the time to record your "Fabulous Stay" review on the platform of Trip. We really appreciate your inspirational comments that reflect our passion to deliver the optimum guest experience at every opportunity. Really love this place. Luxury and professionalism at its best. A purpose built spa would really enhance and compliment this wonderful hotel. Perhaps its something that they can afford to do in the future. But in the mean time we will be back!!

Appreciate lucylou123 for taking the time to relay your valued feedback on your recent visit to the Hotel. It is great to learn that we provided the very best of "Fermanagh Touch" hospitality and at all times excelled in our professionalism and service. We have exciting plans for the refurbishment of our overall Leisure offering here at the Hotel and...

The website for the state of the art leisure centre is a total myth. The equipment is totally outdated, some of it was not working and the rest was rickety and needs replacing. This must be the worst gym I have ever visited for a 4 star hotel. In fact I have seen better in 1 star hotels abroad. If...

Thanks Bibi 352015 for taking the time to leave your comments on Trip. It is unfortunate that your visit coincided with remedial work to our Steam & Sauna rooms. As you will appreciate upgrading to the club's facilities does have to take place and we are genuinely sorry that it inconvenienced you and detracted from the overall visit to the...

Stopped at the Manor House for mid-morning coffee with my wife as we traveled homewards.. Parked over looking the lake and on entering the main door, a passing staff member, Alister, who immediately stopped and asked if we needed help. When my wife asked if it was possible to have just a coffee, he immediately showed us into a large...

Thanks tsam for taking the time to leave your valued comments on the platform of Trip. It is unfortunate that your narrative is used in "broad brush" manner as fellow reviewers would not concur with many of your observations. However as a guest we will accept that your experience was not flawless and we are genuinely sorry that we did...

We booked a Junior Suite for 3 nights and the view was simply stunning. The room is spacious with a huge comfy bed, air conditioning (which is needed as the sun blares in through the window!), a mini fridge and a nice modern bathroom. The only complaints I have about the room are that the sofa and chairs were quite...

It pains me to write this with negativity as I was really looking forward to my stay here. The room we had looked out upon one of the worst country hotel views I've eve seen, staff smoking and a neglected truck and signage... Not exactly what I was hoping for when I entered the splendid grounds. The room we had...

Thank you brendanq82 for taking the time to record your "Mixed Bag" review. Your disappointment is fully understandable some of our Classic Double rooms do not have the best of views as they look out to the rear of the Hotel, however they only represent a small percentage of our rooms as your fellow reviewers can testify.
