Last but not least, a special mention goes to Gero, the chef who for both dinners and breakfasts offered us a menu worthy of a multi-starred restaurant. His great experience and his simple, extremely kind and welcoming ways of doing things meant that this stay was not only about relaxation but also a fantastic sensorial and gastronomic experience. The service in the room was more than up to par in terms of availability, kindness and savoir faire.
We can't wait to return and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel staff is what made my experience superlative. They are extremely warm, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to meet the needs of their guests. I commend them for excellent service, even when they seemed to be a bit short staffed.
1. The waiters in the room, in a rather rude way, did not respect the silence of those who were eating and talked to each other loudly, at every meal we had in the hotel;
2. The room is spartan and the furniture is old and the walls almost completely bare: from a 3-star hotel we honestly expected a slightly more cared for environment;
3. Bath products are limited to two bars of soap and two packs of shower gel, ONE-OFF only at the beginning of your stay. Unacceptable for a 3-star hotel.
Positive aspects:
1. Cleanliness of the room is good: we appreciated that under the bed there was no dust;
2. The wellness area is spacious and relaxing. In the relaxation room there are herbal teas and snacks, and the background music is anything but intrusive. Sauna and Turkish bath great, maybe the whirlpool pool could be a little warmer.
We had chosen it for the excellent food and good value for money.
Unfortunately this time we were not satisfied. First of all the very small room for 4 people with a dog. There was no moving.
You couldn't shower unless you curled up against the wall. The TV could be seen from 'small entrance hall as arranged on a piece of furniture that did not allow you to turn it (probably the room was born for 2 people...).
Room accommodation not satisfactory (upper bunk bed not redone).
Turning to the kitchen, this was the even more negative note (the good memories faded in a short time).
They put the buffet for dinner both as choice and quantity, dishes served some very salty, some still frozen inside (shin). For the rest some dishes were acceptable, not more. Also for breakfast the choice was very limited and even the desserts were not much. Fruit juices stretched with water.
The staff was however courteous and professional (apart from a few minor forgetfulness).
The location of the property is still great and the view of the beautiful mountains partly soothes the disappointment.
Sorry because we came back with great expectations.
The price paid is not worth the service offered.

Sore note the kitchen and breakfast. I do not recommend Half Pension (drinks not included and choice of only 2 courses )) I ate really badly and after leaving everything on the plate I was not even offered coffee 👎
A tip, avoid diluting the juices for breakfast.

In general unprofessional staff.
On the second day there was no shower gel and shampoo after cleaning the room; when I asked them at reception I was told that the bath kit is only put at the beginning “as a courtesy”, while for the rest of the stay customers must wash using their own products, which the hotel recommends to bring from home (?).
Cleanliness all in all good.
Pros: location and wellness area.
the cuisine the choice was really very limited...they say à la carte.....but if you do it for several days...it's always the same...I had dinner two evenings with pasta with tomato sauce
The positive note is the very friendly staff
