My husband and I spent an August night in this b & b, structure that keeps what it promises. Our room had a comfortable double bed plus a single bed placed at each other's feet, useful for storing luggage. Although the property is located on a rather busy street, it is quite soundproof once the French door is closed. We slept comfortably, at the end of a day dedicated to hiking. The bathroom was small but still rational. In addition, the room had a balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains.
Breakfast is served at the table: it is almost all industrial, but I enjoyed the fresh bread and homemade apple pie.
Good value for money, considering the high season.
Recommended for short stays.

We chose this place to stay because it was economical and in a good location. If you want to ski, the location is perfect. There is a lift behind the building, and the Sappada 2000 lift across the street. It is family-run and the owners are kind and gracious. The rooms are simple and immaculately clean. Modern plumbing, large showers, good heat. The dining room and continental breakfast were nice. Unfortunately, we had bad weather when we were staying there, so we had to spend more time than we wanted indoors. (The owners happily loaned us umbrellas!) This is when we realized that it would have been nice to stay in a place with a common room and fireplace (or in this case, a Tirolean ceramic oven) and other amenities. Had the weather been fabulous, we would have spent so little time inside it wouldn't have mattered. So take that into account when planning.

A very pleasant holiday in this simple but perfect B&B run by a very good and welcoming family. Stunning place for magnificent walks at a very acceptable price. Thank you ! Giorgio and Francesca.

I will NEVER STAY at Villa Erika. On 10 August, 2021, I booked two apartments for December 28-30, 2021 through Booking.com and received a confirmation of my reservation.
On 23 September, six weeks after my reservation was confirmed, Villa Erika told me to cancel my reservation as they decided to rent for only full weeks. I had a confirmed reservation with a significant fee if I were to cancel, but they terminated my reservation with no compensation.
Booking.com did not support me, processing Villa Erika’s termination of my confirmed reservation. I will NEVER again use Booking.com.
